A never ending quest
A vision rendered with fear
UnLike a glass of water ..Never crystal clear
I find it hard to swallowA dryness in my throat
A feeling of helplessness
So quick to change like a remote
Just wish that I could give you
What it is you need
Wish I could make you feel complete
Like i do when you're with me
I tried my best to be patient
On the sideline waiting for youAll these years later
All the pain you put me thru
The times has come to let you go
And even though it hurts
I'll never love another manI give you my word
I will erase you from my memory
Remove your pictures from the wall
For when i say " you're dead to me"My love for you is small
So do us both a favor
And forget me as well
The heartbreak will get easierOnly time will tell
