In order to be with me you have to be like me. In order to be like me you have to study me, breathe me... Be better than me so I can feed off of you and become a stronger me. Build me up, when I'm feeling down pick me back up... But that's the thing , everything is always about ( me ). What about me? I walk in your darkness and what you say goes... the tears that I cry don't stop the fact that the shadows I walk in control me... they flush me out who am I to question anything you do as a man? the life you live is your life... the life I live is your life. Somehow, some way you own me, my mind, my body, my judgment. You broke me mentally, physically, emotionally, & spiritually. I gave myself away to you hoping for the best and you gave me hell. I'm filled with anger and hurt stepping outside of the shadows burn my soul. I'm trapped with a black heart standing next to a black rose.
