The world is large and ignorance kills faster than the disease itself. Here is my story, for about 5years or more have been experiencing something strange. I will be awake hearing things and movement around but won't be able to move my body for some minute. When I first experienced it I kept it to myself about some months later it repeated itself and I began to be fearful, coz I don't want to die young. The experience could make you think you will die the next minute. I began to look at it in a spiritual way (i came from a country where we are more spiritual than the spirituality itself). I called a friend and explained, the response makes me to be more terrified. He said " you need to be more prayerful, is people from your family that are behind what you are experiencing, they are not going to kill you, but to suppress your growth in life". No one wants to be suppresed of course, i embark on mid-night prayers for days as he suggested. For some months i could not witness it anymore and am happy.

Suddenly the experience came, this time more constant than b4, that i became fearful of sleep. I spoke to another friend i was told to do deliverance, without hesitation i went for it combined with fasting and praying. The experienced do seized and am grateful. One afternoon like that boom i experienced it again, and I became tired and don't know what to do. I decided not tell anyone about it anymore. It will come and go as it pleases. When i had the last experience, one mind said i should google it, i was like I'll do it later, the pressure was much that i have to pick  my phone and ask google then I discovered what i was experiencing was nothing than "Sleep Paralysis".

Sleep paralysis a temporary inability to move or speak while falling asleep or upon waking. When during waking up or falling asleep, a person is aware but unable to move or speak. During an episode, one may hallucinate (hear, feel, or see things that are not there) which often results in fear. The main treatment is improved sleep habits (sleep hygiene) including going to bed at the same time every night, ensuring a comfortable sleep environment free of distractions and avoiding caffeine before sleeping. Also maintain a good sleeping posture.
