I looked everywhere for you but I never saw you anywhere,where are you, what are you up to? I remember it was the fourth of July when I waited for you under the neem tree that has our names written on it...the sign of our endless Love...you never showed up. I ran out of breath can't hold it anymore...my heart beats only for you my sorrows couldn't be hidden anymore, I watched as other lovers passed by enjoying their love and I missed you more for hours my heart broke I felt bile on my throat I couldn't swallow the pain anymore I played in the rain alone just like a lone wolf. Later did it hit me that am no longer a love bird but a lone wolf...I lost you to the heavens blamed it on karma for stealing you away from me and in the first place for meeting you...my heart broke into a million pieces that can't be fixed. You remain to be mine and only mine my beloved.
