I've had days where it hurt to smile

I've had days I didn't want to move

I've had days where my soul felt dead

And I've had days that I stood still and the world did not

I've felt more pain in my life than I'd care to share

And I know there will be more

But I've felt my newborn daughters in my arms

I've felt enough love to fill two lifetimes

And I know there will be more

I don't know what tomorrow may bring

But I will be there to see the sun regardless

And I will be happy I'm there to see it
