The law of attraction works! We literally live our lives around it whether it be consciously or unconsciously. Our thought become things. What we put our energy towards becomes our reality. If you focus on what you DON'T want, you will get exactly that. If you focus on what you DO want, the universe has no reason to not give you that. You control what happens to you, good or bad. Everything you have in your life is a result of what you imagined. Funny how as we become adults people tell us imagination is for children. But they're completely wrong. The only people who ever accomplished anything in this life worth recognizing had to have had a vision nobody before them had. They imagined something so far fetch, so dream worthy that God had no choice but to give them that dream and make it into reality. What a beautiful God, who not only created us in his perfect imagine but one who also gives us the free will to live our lives however we imagine them to be. Whether it be millionaire status, or superficial importance in the media world. Or let it be a simple life with a warm family and friends who love you. He let's you choose. It's up to you. Use your energy wisely.
