James grabbed kana by the waist dropping his puppet and a kabuki mask for which she gave him a strange look "it was half off what's your excuse" he asked looking down at her exposed pretty pony anklets, kana wiggled her foot so the jingle and shrugged with a smile. "Are you going to pay for this" asked the exasperated gas station attendant dropping his face on the counter. Kanna smiled blew him a kiss and skipped out to the car while James paid for his things
"Wait" called the attendant "here... your doughnuts"
"are you sure" asked James raising a brow at him
He looked out at the Jeep and blushed "yeah".
"I hate you so much sometimes" James said tossing their things in the back seat "there's no way that should have worked in your favor, kana smiled smugly and pressed a finger to her thigh. 
A few miles out James pulled  the rag off his face "I'm serious you're feeding on my swag and getting all the play I-" James was suddenly interrupted by a tremor the flipped the car on its head. Flinging him from the seat and tumbling down the empty freeway until he collided with a stone the size of a small horse "no" he gasped weakly looking back a kanas still form hanging in the Jeep "no no no no no no no" he said fighting the urge to cry "come on" he screamed as the rock began to pulse with a sharp orange light "send a meteor, an earthquake, send the unholy offspring of Hitler  and ghengis khan" he pulled himself up stumbling towards his sister "just not this rock" he sobbed inwardly. 
The sky shook as bright white cracks forced themselves further into the sky.
