Don't make enough for a pimped out ride,
Check 2 check is how I strive.
My house you'll never see on CRIBS,
In the hood... that's where I live.
I don't care to watch due to jealousy and envy,
Everyday life is not made for T.V.
Every channel showing bits of reality,
Not as informative as T.L.C.,
Not as glamorous as B.E.T.
Not as easy as the infomercials,
Reality is nothing but obstacles and hurdles.
Everything glamorized with a push of a button,
Not wanting much of nothing.
Every channel showing bits of reality,
Wishing life could be as seen on T.V.
