The scroll today is taking you to king Cyrus. Who was this man? The deutero Isaiah gives us a prophecy about this king of Persia who will liberate the Jews from Babylon captivity. He predicted this event mentioning Cyrus by name some hundred and fifty years before Cyrus time. [isa44:28] This prophecy was fulfilled and Cyrus victories reveal that GOD executes HIS own and prophecy by name accuracy awakens faith of those being liberated. [isa45:1_6] The scroll again is not only about making GODs history like king Cyrus the scroll today my reader is giving you the grace that belongs to you in front of the devil, the jeolusy , pretenders, imitators, gossipers, mockers, those who monitor your life for wicked reasons. Beloved reader take your time and analyse your surroundings, people ,items around you, not all hate you. Not all hurt you. There is an anointed person or anointed point of contact , I mean you have this scroll, there is a king Cyrus about to liberate you from wickedness, world condemnation. See see see, you have a GODs instrument assigned to liberating and you are receiving massive restoration right in front of the devil. 
Your wealth, your dignity , your spirituality you lost , your blessings captured by Egyptians are flocking back to you , GOD is declaring back the grace that belongs to you. Begin to believe HIS permanent anointed instrument WHOM died on the cross , WHO did everything for you and me. Begin to invite the HOLY SPIRIT and make the following prayer


Priestly declaration:

O LORD who creates spiritual light in darkness
I declare you as my only Redeemer
O LORD of both old and new testaments
O LORD who liberated Israelites from bondage
May I see your instruments at work in my life
May you restore all my blessings 
O HOLY One of Israel
I command every blessing to sprout now
I command heveanly grace now upon my life
I command by authority of your love you made for me on the cross
May salvation righteousness follow me
May the wicked fall by their wickedness as I bear only your fruits
Thank you for your WORD now which only praises you not men or gods of Earth
I decree I am your child who deserve what you grace
In JESUS mighty name
