When you said your last goodbye, part of me was dying inside
It’s always hard to let go but it would be selfish to keep you here
But we will never forget you, you are always in our hearts
Even though we are far apart, I feel oh so close to you
You may be gone but never forgotten
Your spirit lives on through all the hearts you touched
From now on I know that nothing will be the same
I feel like the world around me is the one to blame
I will give anything just to have you here with us
But you would want us to be happy and to continue living
