I was born in Corinth MS with Spina Bifida. Doctors said I wouldn't live to see my 1st birthday, but thanks to God , and the faith of my family, I am 41. I'm also a survivor of stage 4 bladder cancer. People have said I wouldn't be able to live on my own, finish high school, go to college or work but God as allowed me to experience all of that. In 1996, I finished high school @ Biggersville in 1996 with a special ed certificate, but wasn't done. In 97 I went back for my GED. After several tries finally after moving to Tupelo,& enrolling in Words of Faith Church's GED program,in 2014 I mastered the GED! During that time I moved to Tupelo to fulfill another dream, living in my own apartment. There's this company, Brandi's Hope, that made that possible for me along with having a job @ Longhorn Steakhouse. I was also involved  ministry & 2 colleges attending LCU (Life Christian University) &   Ittawamba Community College( ICC). I lived in Tupelo for 7 years until I was diagnosed with bladder cancer in March, which rapidly grew to stage 4. I moved back to Corinth to get help dealing with that. Finally in November, right before Thanksgiving, I was and still am healed from that. Through Church of the Crossroads, one of my biggest passions hat I discovered while working, greeting /hosting was given back to me. I love sports, music & connecting with people among other things.
