The way you looked at me faded into something you weren’t fond of seeing anymore
My body fell cold as we weren’t intertwined before dreaming anymore

How could my worst nightmare become reality in this lifetime, something I could’ve never fathomed 
Daydreams of you are terrifying
They bring me back to a feeling of home

Scrolling through the internet trying to find someone who was better than me, sadly it won’t be hard
