"I'll wait for you,don't forget."How long has it been since then?One year?Maybe even two years?I don't even care about that.Everyone told me to move on,as if I didn't want to myself."She is gone,you need to stop thinking about the past,Pam."Yes,of course I am aware of that.I constantly reminded myself about the accident that took all I had away.

It was a bright day.The wind was gentle,the scent of the ocean was nice,not to mention the view we saw outside of my car.Bella and I were excited about the new rides in the theme park."You think they will be as good as the old ones?"She asked me with her cheerful voice.I wraped her around with my left arm,"Not as good as you are"We had a good laugh,like we always did.I was so excited,but I had absolutely no idea that what would happen then was way off from what I was expected.

We parked the car and as we were holding each other's hand,we walked towards the entrance.Bella,being the adventurous person she always was,ran foward to every ride before I was even paying attention.That smile on her face always melts my heart when I dream about it,even now.The people at park would sometimes look at us with an odd look when we were holding hands and kissing,but we were fine about it,after all it was no shame that we need to hide.We had a great time at the park,the way we expected it to be.At the end,Bella looked at me with her tired eyes,"I think I had enough fun,how about you?"I gave her a gentle kiss on the cheek and said,"Same as you,sweetheart."We threw all those stuffed animals into the back seats and drove back to my apartment.

When we arrived the building,she told me with her playful voice,"Mind carrying up there?I'm tired."I laughed and replied,"Is this an order,my princess?"As we both were laughing,I hold her with both of arms and carried her up to our apartment.I put her down onto the sofa,and told her,"I'll go and buy us something to eat,any special orders?"She turned around and said,"Burgers……for the two of us."As I was about to leave,Bella ran up behind me,surprising me with a kiss and said the sentence I would never be able to forget for the rest of my life,"I'll wait for you,don't forget."I replied,"Please,I will just be gone for a few minutes."Why didn't I brought her out with me,I still blamed myself for the stupid mistake that took everything from me.

"Two burgers…the fries…"As I was double checking  my order from the bag,I overheard the news,"…the building is currently on fire,and the fire fighters are trying their best to put it out…"I was curious so I turned over and looked at the tv."What a terrible accident……hold on"A familiar car showed on the screen,and a thought that sent chills down my spine came along with it,"…wasn't that my car…?"I left the bag on the counter,and rushed back as soon as possible.When I arrived,all I saw was a burning purgatory,right infront of my eyes.I tried to run into the building,but the police and the fire fighters blocked me."Bella…Bella!"I shouted again and again,but she never showed up.

Every now and then,I showed up at Bella's grave alone,blaming my stupidity.I blocked everyone from my world,not showing up at any parties,all I did was going to the university and show up in class.I was alive on the outside,but totally dead in the inside.I buried myself with in my pillows,still imaging that Bella is still there,smiling.I couldn't stop crying when I think about her smile,how it changed from the thing warming my heart,to the acid that burns my heart.There are even times I thought,would it be better if we never met that day.

It was a day during summer,my professor told me to help him bring the books to the hall before our lesson start.When I stepped in,I saw a girl sitting on her own.Was she in my class?Why don't I remember someone like that…?I walked over to her after I placed the book down."Hey…are you here for Professor Hillson's class?"She suddenly looked at me with a shock expression,"Wait,this isn't Professor Richards' class…?"At that moment,I couldn't hold it and chuckled a little bit,"That was the room at the end of the hallway"She thanked me and rush out of the hall.

When the lesson was over,I saw her waiting for me outside."Thanks for reminding me,otherwise Professor Richards' is definately gonna be crazy,knowing that I am late again."I replied as I was tidying my shirt,"Sure,that wasn't big anyway."She scratched the back of her head with her tongue sticking out,"Even though I'm a year older than you,I was even more troublesome than you are.By the way,interested in getting a cup of joe before the lesson starts?"Our encounter was so unexpected,but so miracle…how could I wish it never happend at all?

As I was asleep,I saw Bella in front of me and I didn't hesitate to hug her."Pam…you have to let go…"She looked at me and said,"You need to let me go,as well as freeing yourself from this lock…"I was teared up at look at her,who was smiling at me,"but…how am I supposed, to do that?"She chuckled and kissed me for the last time,"Remember,I am always there by your side.Beside,we will meet each other one day."This time,I finally let go of Bella,and gazed at her,walking into the light.

The alarm was loud,and I opened my eyes.I left the bed and opened the curtains that separated me from this world around me.I took a look to that flower Bella bought me.I walked out of my apartment,got into my car,and drove my way to school,with the flower right next to my seat.This time,however,I was smiling.

"I'll wait for you,don't forget."

I won't,Bella…

Never in the rest of my life.
