The monster within

The monster within turns his head and looks at me with his wicked grin. I try to fight to see the daylight, but the monster within holds me with all his might,in the darkness is where he covers my mouth as I try to fight, he holds me with all his might. I'm so tired but still I dig deep grabbed my knife and  and stabbed him again and again with all my might, all I see is blood rushing down my face as I scream I didn't know the monster within could end with one word that is help, knowbody told me the monster within was my soul yelling take control,I know now but things have turned gray,my loved ones set and watch the blood tripple down my arms, Now the monster within turns and looks at his next victim smiles and grins as he wonders is he my next victim to surcome to the monster within, stop take the time and just unwind feel the breeze as you lay down in the he tall weeds. Don't ever give in to see he monster within

I don't own the drawing on my poem.
