Dear Owner,

Coming from your dog, I love you with my all

Please don’t be mad, but your shoe is in the hall

I cannot promise it will be whole,

nor can I tell you the location of it’s sole

Im sorry, but the mate is gone as well

I’m sure by the remaining mess you can tell

It will no longer be of any use, but hey

At least now you’re here to stay, for when you leave the house for so long 

Your shoes are the final thing you put on 

So don’t be mad at me, I miss you everyday

And now for once,

I think you’ll actually stay.
