As we cuddle up together 
In the bed we always share 
The place we made all our love
Now holds the feeling of despair 

I push away my thoughts 
Trying not to dwell
But being inside my head
Has become a dreadful hell

Everyday is now a challenge 
When I see u pick up ur phone 
The trust I no longer have for you 
Leaves me terrified of the unknown 

You laugh it off casually 
While making your little jests
Not showing an ounce of remorse
As I feel this aching in my chest
