Patience teach me to always dream.... 
even if it may never come true, 
that's the best way to live life through. 

Patience teach me to dream so high.... 
to never give up but to always try, 
to never let go or say goodbye. 

Patience teach me that when there is darkness, 
for sure dawn is coming next. 
And when everything becomes so draining, 
for sure there would be time to rest. 

Patience teach me to always care for a friend.... 
to always be true and never pretend,  
to always love with no end, 
and that broken hearts will eventually mend. 

Patience teach me never to feel hate.... 
to always be confident, never hesitate, 
and to always believe in fate. 

Patience teach me that lovers meet and stay together, 
and others may drift apart. 
Just because I've been hurt and broken, 
I shouldn't cry and suffer, 
instead search for a new start. 

Patience teach me the past I must forget, 
because nothing needs my regret. 

Patience teach me to open my heart and forgive, 
because that will help me to survive and truly live. 

Patience teach me to always offer my helping hand, 
to never judge in others, 
but to always try to understand. 

Patience teach me not to be shy 
if I have done something wrong.... 
but to admit it and be proud that I have learned a lesson that will help me to be strong.
