Life is an ever- changing process 
With failure and success 
With emotions running rampant 
Dealing blows to happiness 

We’re happily contented 
When most things go our way
We. face bitter dissappointment
If they no longer stay 

Conditions never frozen 
They’re always bound to change 
Either physical or mental 
They cover a wide range 

If state of mind is healthy
A vital element 
Then problems can be handled 
With effective common sense 

Our goal of course is quality 
For each and every day 
We strive for those conditions 
At home -at work- at play 

What somethings is surprising 
When we’re not prepared for change 
Bad things could be rising
We must try to rearrange 

Experience will tell us
Not to live in fear 
But get used to the dilemmas 
Before they get to near

Get used to possible changes
There are no guarantees 
Continue on your straight path
As a happy family
