I wake up every morning
With the same routine to do
Taking care of my 3 boys
And cleaning the household too

Sleepless nights with sick children
And still waking up with the sun
Making sure everything is taken care of
A mom's job is never done

Breakfast to be made
Then lunch shortly follows
The chaos in this house
Struggling to get them to compose

I can feel my patience leaving
As I yell for them to settle down
I realize ill miss this one day
But I'm trying not to break down

I am physically drained
But nobody will ever know
Because it is a mom's job
To never let this show

So please do me a favor
Next time you see a tired mom
Out with her manic kids
Before you stop to judge her
Just remember her work is never done.
