Locked in a decaying labyrinth of mind melting puzzles

A monster, hideous lives in there.

It's ghoulish fangs and crooked smile

Is the last thing you see before you recite your prayers.

It will stalk you, a predator in primal instinct

With no problem torturing you in a bone-cracking death.

It's gaze of insanity will lock onto the unsespecting prey

It tracks every move you make, like a step, scratch, your stuttering breath.

This blue-berry coloured beast takes many forms

A mass of flesh with eyes, a blood-sucking leech.

As you turn your back to run away from the creature of unknown

You are deafened with the ear-bleeding screech.

Worst of all, the smell is awfully pungent

It smells of flesh, withering bones, rotting skin.

I knew I shouldn't have came to this place

Satan would even call this place a sin.

Now, before you go, yes, the poem is finsihed. I need to see how people will like this poem. Please tell me if it needs major improvements, as I am just now beginning poetry. Thanks, I will be awaiting for your feedback.
