Early morning I got up hearing water striking hard below us. Never had experienced to live above sea. Rumbling of water making shrilling noise when there was so much peace around, was a bit scary. I got curious as how much water had come up at high tide. I opened bathroom window and below there was roaring water splashing at the pillars, almost 10ft.down but the way it was making noise, it appeared soon it would hit our beds.

I went back to sleep listening the harsh lullaby of roaring water below. At 6 am, it was still little dark outside but I loved the calm blue sea at the back side of villa where there was a huge swimming pool, bed for basking in the sun and a table and chairs to enjoy morning tea. I looked far, there was no sign of human or birds even, only calm sea all sides. I went near the railing and watched fish. There were atleast hundreds of those small fish, which were being protected by older fish perfectly. Probably those were new born and those were kept in perfect inner circle while older ones were circling around them. A beautiful and lovely marine life, indeed. Sun rose and with that a couple of snorkelers also started their day by snorkeling in the blue water to see marine life more closely.

After having bath, we walked for 15 minutes to go to restaurant, which was reserved mainly for breakfast for all guests. Buffet was laid down and there were plenty of food options available. All types of food were kept there keeping in mind the guests from different countries. Indian food was there but we picked up from various sections. Food was sumptuous. After relishing the food, taste of coffee still lingering in mouth, we came out and stood near the railing just to kill the time but astonishingly, there were plenty of sharks to be seen there. Those were not man eaters so safe even if a person fell in water by mistake. Big crabs were trying to climb on the rock where we were standing. Suddenly, I found very interesting creature, which was playing hide and seek with sharks there. When we watched closely, it was octopus. It was trying to eat newly born sharks but big sharks were hovering around all the time. It came out when the sharks went a little far and the moment it saw those coming, it slid below big stones lying in water and camaflaughed itself completely. We watched this interesting hide and seek but then we left after a while. Time was to see sting rays, which according to our chef were visible once a year in that water. Then plan was to take jetty and snorkel and see tortoise and dolphins, which remained away from human habitats.

The scene there was equally fascinating. Several jetties surrounded the area where dolphins generally were visible. Dolphins ditched the spectators when they surrounded them and appeared somewhere else. Then all jetties chased them there and then these dolphins reached to original place under water. This playful chasing continued for one hour till there was time for sunset, another beauty of nature. The sun while setting seemed going deep in water from one side and would appear the next day from other side. Nature is certainly awesome and so are its habitatants.
