There they were
Standing in front of me
Marc my son- Mom And Dad-my Sis- Sim
Marc looking slim and strong as he always wanted to be
Mom - gray hair beautiful brown - beautifully
styled
Dad looking exactly like his pictures- my only recollection of him
Sis with that courageous smile she carried-
through the tragic times in her life

Hands extended to me- smiling oh so sweetly-All here to greet me.
I felt the pain throughout my body which I had endured for the last few years melt like
a snowball in the sun
An indescribable-glorious experiences
We gathered together-hugging as one
Kissing me on my forehead- tears in her eyes
In that strong -endearing voice she said
“Come my son-we’re going home”

It was then I awoke
Yes -it was only a dream
Yes—it was only a wish
