I didn't realise that a simple thing that you done everyday was going to save my life... 
You never mentioned it but I knew that deep down inside you knew what was going on in my head
Truth is I was focused on making my mind feel better in my own body that u forgot about
But all this time you were being the superhero and saving my life...
It was darkness and i was lost, I left everything behind including food
I thought that missing meals would make it better and surviving on water would be the right path 
But that one meal you'd make sure I'd have everyday saved my life...
Without it I wouldn't of lasted this long and I was flooded by sad songs
Your the reason that I continued on because all of my worst days and good you were there and putting a smile on my face because you knew I wasn't safe in my head and I wasn't s living to the fullest because my strength had collasped and because you noticed this you were the person who saved my life 😢❤️
