What if I were to say I'm done?
What if I were to disappear?
Would you notice?
Would you notice no texts?
Would you notice an absence or would you go on living life and staying a distance?

I've tried to fly, but my wings were clipped.
Not a thing I do is appreciate or noticed.
I've tried to be your everything.
I've tried to be better.
I've tried to stand out and be noticed.
No good was recognized, but the bad surely was.

So what if I disappeared?
Would anyone care?
Would anyone look?

I said I was done, but no one listened.
No one reached out.
I've been told before to kill myself, so what if I told you this was it?

Would you listen?
Would you care?
Or would you blink an eye at it and when the deed was done, show up to the funeral acting like it made an impact on you when you couldn't even help.
When you couldn't even listen.
Would you even notice?
