When the orange hue of autumn endsIt’s a frosty chill that winter sendsI wrap up warm in woolly overtonesTo protect my poor fibro winter bonesThe cold wind howls around my faceMy hair, my scarf and hands displaceMy hands, my elbows and ankles moanI try to protect my fibro winter bonesIt’s no good for me to not wrap upI’d shake , go stuff and moan a lotI need the warmth of fire tonesTo help soothe my fibro bonesWhen I get home and crank up the heatIt helps to defrost my hurting feetMy joints and my muscles start to moanI have to warm up my fibro bones
