Penny who was barely 21 years old, has always enjoyed tickling. She started getting interested in it when she was only a young kid. Now being a young woman she had this need to experience it. 

So one day penny decided to get online and browse and see who she could find to help her fulfil her fantasy. She came across a man named joe, he was so nice and sweet to her, they talked for hours about tickling and what it would be like. So joe and penny came up with an agreement, the agreement was penny had to submit to joe as a tickle slave. Which entitled joe to tie penny up and tickle her as he saw fit... This was only a verbal agreement but they agreed when they met penny would sign a tickle slave contract.

After about a month of talking, they agree to meet. Joe had a cabin on a lake so joe gave penny the address. After about 6 hours penny finally arrived. She walked up to the door and before she could knock, Joe had opened the door and invited her in. 

They sat at the kitchen table for an hour discussing the contract, going over rules and such. Then penny finally signed the contract, which gave joe all rights of her ticklish spots. Joe said, ok my lil slave i need you to go sit on the chair in the living room, put your ankles in the stocks and put your arms behind the chair and dont move. Penny said yes master and did what she was told. Joe walks upand closes the stocks on penny's ankles and locked them in nice and tight, then went behind her and cuffed her hands. He then asked her to open her mouth, which she did and he stuffed a ball gag in her mouth and strapped it in tight..

Joe then stated, i hope your ready my little slave, your feet are gonna be tickled till i see fit, then he giggles. Joe takes pennys right shoe off and strokes her socked foot, she giggles frantically but cant go anywhere. He then does the same to her left foot. He starts stroking her feet at the same time making her giggle so much her face turns red.. He askes are you ready.

He slowly peels off her socks one by one, and then ties her toes back so she cant move. Now your all mine he says.
