How do you deal with life?

Everyone has their own ways of dealing with everyday life issues. You can take a walk, or jog, however, some people resort to drugs and alcohol. We all know that drugs and alcohol are not the answer, but some think it is. How can you get away from these things if you are addicted?

There are A.A. meetings, and D.A. meetings, just about every town. You just go to a local church or other meeting places to "talk" with others who have the same disease.
