How Do you warm yourself up when it's not your body that's cold, but everything inside of you. When all the negativity surrounding you has finally caught up to you and the depression has pulled you down under and sucked you in to it's black whirl pool of emotional kaos. How do you stay afloat when everything is pulling you down and you just want to give in. How do you hold on when you've been strong for so long and you can't take the never ending pain any more. How do you cope besides the burning sensation of a razor to the arm. When all you have to do is lay around and think about everything you have done wrong, everything that is going wrong washes through your body in pain and agony. I don't think we have a choice in depression, I think the darkness finds you and consumes you on its own. We have a choice in this world how to cope and deal with the pain we are struggling with. Nothing is ever to far out of reach, no goals and no opportunities. Anything is possible, and you don't have to be Peter pan to believe that.
