दुनियामें दो तरहके लोग हमेशा होते है। एक अमीर और दुसरे गरीब। इसमें भी स्वार्थी और निस्वार्थी। भोगी और त्यागी। 
अमीर अच्छे भी होते है और बुरे भी होते है। गरीब अच्छे भी होते है और बुरे भी होते है। लेकिन स्वार्थी लोग हमेशा स्वार्थ देखते है। वे अपना स्वार्थ साधने के लिए कुछ भी कर सकते है। वे दुसरों का बुरे से बुरा भी कर सकते है।  उनके लिए स्वार्थ के आगे किसी चीज का मूल्य नही होता।
 निस्वार्थी लोग हमेशा अच्छे होते है। वे सच्चे और त्यागी होते है। इन्ही लोगों ने इस दुनिया को प्रगती पथपर लाया है। वे हमेशा अपने कार्यो में विश्वास रखते है। सदा सत्ता से दूर रहकर या सत्ता में रहकर भी मानवहीत का काम करते है। आज दुनिया विकसित है तो उन्ही लोगों के बदौलत है। 
भोगी लोग अत्यंत घातक होते है। वे इक जानवरसे भी भयानक घातक हो सकते  है। वे बहुत ही ढ़ोंगी होते है। वे भोग के लिए हर तिकड़म लड़ा सकते है। वे हर समय, हर जगह जनताकों बेवकूफ़ बनाकर भोगी बन जाते है। वे कभी स्वार्थ छोड़कर निस्वार्थ बाते बनाकर बड़ा स्वार्थ साध लेते है। वे भोलेभाले समाजको फुसलाकर , गुमराह करके अपना और अपनों का हीत और भोग भोग लेते है। शिक्षित होनेपर भी लोंगोंके  समझ में यह लोग नही आते। ईनको केवल वे ही लोग पहचान सकते है, जिनमें सार असार पहचानने की क्षमता हो।गलत सही पहचानने की क्षमता हो। वर्तमान और भविष्य में  अच्छी और बुरी संभावनाएँ, वर्तमान घटना के दूरगामी परीणाम समझने की क्षमता हो। 
 अत: हम यह समझ सकते है की दुनिया में वैचारिक आतंकवादी कौन हो सकते है?स्वार्थी और भोगी लोग ही वैचारिक  और  आचरण के तौरपर आतंकवादी होते है। मनुस्मृति माननेवाले, असमान तत्वों का प्रचार करनेवाले, धार्मिकता को बढ़ावा देनेवाले, किसानों को अपना हक़ न देनेवाले, मजदूरोंका हक छिननेवाले,सदा दुसरों को पैरोंके तले दबानेवाले असली आतंकवादी है। वे गुप्त योजनाएँ बनाकर हमेशा बहुसंख्यक लोगोंके खिलाफ़ आग उगलते है और डराते रहते है। गुप्त अजेंडे और योजनाएँ बनाकर जनतापर अपने विचार ,अपने गलत इरादें और गलत विचारधाराएँ,गलत कानून थोपते है।   जो इन्सानों में दरारे पैदा करती हो, जो मानव समाज को एक होनेसे रोकती हो , जो सदा स्त्रीयोंपर पाबंदी लगाने के लिए उत्प्रेरक हो  ऐसी कोई भी लिखावट, रचना, सुचना, कथानक, ग्रंथ या नाटक... ही है असली वैचारिक आतंकवाद।  और ऐसी बातों के प्रवर्तक, प्रचारक, लेखक, रचनाकार, गायक, कीर्तनकार ही  वैचारिक आतंकवादी है। 
ये वैचारिक आतंकवादी केवल आंबेडकरवादसे डरते है; लेकिन यहाँ का   others backward class =obc के लोग इन्ही लोगों के तलवे चाटते है ,इनका वैचारिक आतंकवाद बड़े चावसे सुनते है और जो उनका है, उनके हीतका  है, उनके लिए हीतकारी है उसे  वे अपना शत्रु समझते है ।   वे अपने पैरोंपर खुद कुल्हाड़ी मारने के लिए तैयार है। जो भारत कल तक शत विक्षत था, अनेक भागों में विभाजित था, अनेक राज़े -रजवाड़ोंकी भारतमें भरमार थी, जनता सुखी नही थी, दूर दूर तक गरीबी थी, पाखंड़वादसे लोग परेशान थे, ऐसे भारतको संविधान ने एक सुत्र में बांधा यही सविधान की महानता है और उस महान संविधान को बदलवाने की बाते करना और उसके लिए कार्य करना यही वैचारिक आतंकवाद है। मनुस्मृति कोई संविधान नही है। वह है केवल ब्राम्हणों के लिए जिनेका साधन। मनुस्मृति से ब्राम्हण केवल सवर्ण ब्राम्हण ही बिना कष्ट किए हुए, बिना प्रयास से आरामदायक जिंदगी जी सकते है ;क्योंकि मनुस्मृति एक ऐसी व्यवस्था है जो सिर्फ बहुसंख्यक लोगोंको sc,st, obc,minorities)कों  साधन बनाकर ब्राम्हणोंका पोषण करने लिए व्यवस्था करती है। उसमें जो भी व्यवस्था कर दी है, वह है वैचारिक आतंकवाद। 
‌बालगंगाधर तिलक ने जो कहा था, कि तेली तंबोलीयोंको संसदमें जाकर क्या करना है? तेल निकालना है ? कुरमी को हल चलाना है क्या? .. . ऐसे विचार ही वैचारिक आतंकवाद है। अकेले तिलक नही, ऐसे कई सारे लोग है जो इन्सानियत के दुश्मन थे और वर्तमान मे भी रामदेव व्यापारी जैसे लोग, मोहन भागवत जैसे संघी वैचारिक आतंकवादी है। इस धरा का ईन्सान एक ऐसा जीव है जो वह चाहे तो मिलजुलकर रह सकता है। क्योंकि वह बुद्धीमान है इसलिए दुसरों को बिना कोई नुकसान किए सामाजिक जीवन जी सकता है। फिर भी कुछ लोग अपने आपको श्रेष्ट और उच्च समझते है और उनके अलावा अन्य लोगोंको वह भ्रष्ट और दुसरे दर्जे के मानते है। ऐसे लोग और उनके द्वारा लिखी गई हर वह बाते जो ईन्सानोंको इन्सानों से तोडती है, दूर कर देती है, आपस में जुडने नही देती वह ही है वैचारिक आतंकवाद। वैचारिक आतंकवाद कौन चलाता है? जो भी वैचारिक आतंकवादी है, वह  कामचोर, दलाल, मिडिया, स्वार्थी, लोभी और इन्सानियत के दुश्मन ही हो सकते है। यही है इन्सानियत के दुश्मन। शुद्र को मतलब sc, st, obc  इनको पहले राक्षस, दानव, दैत्य , असूर कहकर मारते थे। आज देशद्रोही,राष्ट्रद्रोही,धर्मद्रोही, आतंकवादी, नक्सली, दलित, पिछड़ा कहकर मारते है। केवल शब्द बदले है, सोच वही है। यही है वैचारिक आतंकवाद।
