Sand pipers

What a funny little bird

One with the land and sea

I love to think they resemble me

Focusing on the bright side 

Their faces and crip never hide

Don't care about being tearful

What I love is that their cheerful

But when the shores and dark and a fright

I fall asleep to their song all through the night
