The hell it involved
At the moment, the war was not solved


The idiots they attacked
The safety they lacked
The lives they gave
The lives they tried to save


The training they tried
The Times they sighed
The battle crys that they called
The big war would not end 


So as we remember
The 11th of November
Those who had tried and died
