Charles And Sky's Book: Sky's Story

Her beginning's start out as humble. Born in the middle 700 A.D. to roaming traders. Both of them had an extensive trade route throughout most of Rome, and surrounding  regions. What one would refer to as Gypsy's nowadays. Her father was known for trading valuable commodities to those who needed them. Her mother was known for her extensive experience with healing herbs, and tinctures. Sky grew up watching, learning, and adding to her parents teaching's. What became apparent at a young age to her parents was Sky's usage of wild magic. Sky's talents lay within the field of healing, and midwifery. Yet Sky strove to learn other skills as well, due to the nomadic upbringing. She became extremely skilled in the use of archery.
Fast forward to several years later, Sky is now a young adult. The Visigoth Clan has summoned her to test those medical skills they've heard about. Holding her head high with a swagger in her gait she entered into the main hall. Before she could even bow before the current King, her emerald hues landed on the most handsome man she's ever seen in her life. Her heartbeat quickened, her legs trembled she managed to bow before the King. The current King noticed what transpired yet merely smirked watching the two. Sky eventually proved that her healing skills both magical, and practical was as the rumors had said. She eventually settled down within the clan to help in the capacity she was best at.
The man whom stirred fire within her blood was the legendary warrior Charles Visigoth. Needless to say that their courtship wasn't quick, nor romantic. Sky had a frigid facade she hid behind. Deep down inside her true nature was towards total trust, which left her broken after several previous failed courtships. She refused to let anyone close to her other than her parents. Both having stubborn personalities it took quite a few years for Sky to fully trust Charles. Once she let her final wall drop it was a marriage made in heaven.
Charles was crowned King shortly afterwards. Since he was the Visigoths greatest champion plus the King they bestowed the highest ranking title upon him Charles became the 50th generation of "Chao" and he was a Great King. Sky was crowned Queen not just due to marital ties, but her own renown as a Healer within the clan. They both eventually had a ten year old son, and five year old twin's. A boy, and girl respectively.
Sky was captured, tortured then killed due to not following her husband's religion. Her killers cursed her sealing her soul to her body. Then they hid it in the mountains with a guard, where her body currently awaits.

The First Meeting:
As previously stated Sky first laid eyes on Charles while entering the Main Hall. The King had noticed that her gaze was upon his finest warrior within the clan. A smirk graced upon the King's features because he knew what kind of person Charles was. The King thought to himself, "This mere slip of a woman cannot possibly handle him. He'd insult her then she'd be gone." Charles however had noticed the petite female look at him. Being an expert at reading body language due to his prowess upon the battlefield, her shaking limbs didn't go unnoticed. His thoughts were, "Great another female who'll throw themselves upon me due to my reputation, and clan standing."
After Sky had sufficiently shown the King that her magical healing was according to her reputation, she turned to head out of the Main Hall. Charles thinking he'll be receiving a clandestine invitation later that night decided to change the outcome now. As Sky walked past Charles he spoke, "I've seen better magic casting from those who look better." He chuckled to himself, while the King eagerly watched the exchange. Sky stiffened her spine at the rude comment. She turned around, and marched up to Charles. The King had to hide his shock, as well as Charles. With her right eyebrow raised upwards to her hairline she softly spoke, "Well looks shouldn't matter to someone who apparently has no use for rational thought. Apparently beauty over intelligence is your preferred type." Without sparing a backwards glance she turned around exiting the Main Hall. The silence in the Main Hall spoke volumes upon the impact she had with those within.

Second Meeting:
A several days had passed after the events in the Main Hall. Half of the clan had already heard through gossip what had transpired. The King having a shrewd mind for crafting alliances, as well as arranging marriages decided to lodge Sky within the main encampment. Sky had little choice but to accept the arrangements. Since she was a royal guest, she was required to eat with the rest of the clan. She avoided Charles for several days, however her luck didn't hold one evening.
Sky was entering the Main Hall as Charles was leaving. She was so preoccupied with her own thoughts, she wasn't watching her surroundings as she should have. One minute she's planning on where to gather herbs in the nearby forest, to feeling like she ran into a stone wall. Her emerald hues glanced up quickly to see what she had run into. Unfortunately for her it was a whom, as she was seeing only a extremely chiseled muscular chest before her. An apology formed upon her pink rosebud lips. Yet before she could even utter a single word, a very stern yet familiar voice spoke from above her. "For someone who claims that they have intelligence, seems you don't after all.", with a chuckle. "You should watch where you are going." Charles then backs away a few paces, then walks around her. As he leaves he speaks softly, "I was wrong you are extremely cute when you are blushing by the way."
Sky who by now is absolutely mortified exits the Hall. The King who's been watching the entire exchange doesn't bother to hide his mirth.

First Verbal Spar ((First of Many)):
For several weeks Sky strove to avoid Charles at all costs. She decided to build a small hut within the forest towards the northern side of the clan. The reason was thus; her emotions were in a chaotic state, she alternately wanted to hit him then kiss him. She knew full well she was a guest of the clan, so she avoided him for those reasons. However there was a drawback to being isolated from the clan. She was at the mercy of males who thought she was easy prey. However she proved any unwanted suitors that this wasn't a wise idea. Having explored a few hundred meters within where her hut lay's, she knew of several spots she could conceal herself.
One frustrating evening she had already fired several warning arrows to a group of males scattering them off. Charles having heard of various rumors decided to check everything out. He managed to walk to within a few meters of the hut before an arrow whizzed past his left shoulder. He automatically went into battle defense mode. He scanned the area where the arrow had come from. Sky's raven hair mimicked the shadows cast by the leaves, however her emerald hues gave her position away. Internally Charles relaxed, however he decided to spar with this slip of a female in a safe way. Clearing his throat he called up towards the tree, "I didn't know little birds with green eyes could shoot a bow." A small yet audible huff of annoyance could be heard. He let a smirk grace his handsome features for he knew he had made the first hit this time.
"Curse these eye's of mine, and curse you for finding me. Don't you have vapid female's to chase?" Only her voice gives her position coming down from the tree. She makes no noise other than that. Charles hides his surprise at how well she can move, if she was born male she'd be an excellent warrior. He chuckles softly, "I'd rather be hunting a rare raven I've heard hides within my forest." Sky tries to hit the ground without a sound, but when she's about three feet above the ground she loses her grip, falls, and hits on the ground and landing on her plump bottom. The Visigoths cIan Warrior notice this and Charles laughs his head off as he sees the pure discomfort in the maiden. He replies with a teasing grin. "So are you just clumsy or accident prone?"
She glares upwards at him, while flexing her appendages making sure nothing is damaged. Slowly standing upwards brushing off pine needles, and dirt from her personage. He watches without helping her, enjoying the verbal exchange. "Neither thank you very much you hulking oaf.", she says straightening to her full height. She slings her bow from behind her back making sure it isn't damaged. Thankfully it is intact, although the Clan Warrior notices the craftsmanship of the bow. Beautifully crafted from dark cherry wood, the tips recurve. Though it is shorter than traditional bows of the era, it is easier for her as a long range archer. Her father while still alive traded the bow from a Mongolian warrior. This is her most prized possession.
Wresting his gaze from the bow his cobalt blue hues lock unto her emerald hues. A faint blush tinged her olive cheeks, as she quickly looks down to the ground. A passing zinge of electricity passes between the two. Charles clears his throat, "Looks like I've found the rare raven, I'll let her live awhile longer." He turns leaving the area, while a very unbecoming feminine scream rings out.

Untold Danger and Hardships:
Several months have passed since that verbal spar. The season is now late fall, although due to the region not much has changed. Raiding bandits have been robbing passing traders, and guests in the southern portion of the vast forest. The King has noticed what's been going on outside of the walls. Since Charles has been spending quite a bit of time at Sky's abode for their verbal matches, the King decides to send the pair out on a scouting mission. He summons them both to the Main Hall.
Charles enters the Main Hall before Sky, and takes his place at the King's right side. Sky enters a few moments later, looking quite disheveled. Her raven locks are swept up into a bun secured by red ribbon. Yet sticking out of her hair are various twigs, and leaves. Charles laughs his head off as he sees her current state. Unable to not land a blow, "Been practicing your famous graceful landings rare raven?" She merely glares at him, while the King looks puzzled. "No you damn oaf I was gathering herbs." Sky quickly brushes the debris from her hair as a crimson hue cascades across her cheeks. The King busts out laughing seeing his finest Warrior almost bested by this woman. "Herbs you call them. I prefer weeds." Charles says in a teasing tone twinkle in his eyes. "But then emerald hued ravens do tend to roll in the dirt for bugs!!" Charles grabs his stomach in a fit of laughter. "Mindless brutes go for blond haired idiots. What you call weeds may save your life one day, but not by my damn hands.", she shoots back with her emerald hues lit with an inner fire. "Who said I was mindless." Begins Charles growing serious. "Your hands should always be kept up. A healer without hands is like a warrior without a soul." "Then quit pushing my buttons and I won't call you mindless." Crimson staining her cheeks, and forehead. "You know full well I always keep my hands up. I may say things out of anger. If you fell in battle I'd heal you in a heartbeat, my world revolves around you..." She breaks off her sentence with unshed tears held in her hues. "This I know dear Sky and I've known a while. I'd also gladly task deaths kiss in protection of you." He steps forward and uses the fingertip of his right hand to swipe away the tears. The King clears his throat softly, while restraining himself from marrying them on the spot. However Sky is oblivious to everything but that soft touch upon her cheeks. Charles however clears his throat knowing she's lost in a daze. That in turn breaks Sky of the spell. With a crimson stain flushing majority of her body, her hues turn to the King. "My apologies Sire, you called me?" "Yes I did I need you both to go on a scouting mission in the southern portion of our forest. Pack supplies for a week. Whatever transpires between you both, you have my Royal Blessings." He dismisses them both with a wave of his right hand.

A Midnight Summer's Dream:
Several years have past since Sky admitted her feelings publicly for Charles. The scouting mission was one of many the duo went on. As the years passed their love for each other grew, however they had set backs like any couple does. Their love was eventually forged in fire, and ice.
Tonight is a beautiful summer evening. Dusk has fallen upon the land, fireflies are twinkling like fairy lights. Already adding to this most romantic setting. Within the castle courtyard towards the cliffs is a rose and wooden archway. Rush lights are placed within discrete distances of the arch. Petals are strewn on the cobblestones. While the soft strains of a harp are heard above the bird song. Off to the left wooden tables, and benches have been brought out. The wood groaning with the weight of the feast on top. A massive throne is set in the middle. In the western tower Sky is getting robbed. Several women crowd into the chamber calling out advice, teasing, and general chaos. Sky growing weary of the noise calls above the din, "If you aren't my friend get out please." All the women leave knowing she's reached her limits, no ill will is held. Taking a deep breath, albeit shaky Sky continues to get dressed. When she's done, she exits the western tower, and heads to the courtyard. When she reaches the courtyard a magnificent carriage is waiting to take her to the chapel. Six pure white horses pull the carriage, while the side has the Visigoth emblem on the doors. A footman helps her up, and into the carriage. With that she's on her way.
Suddenly with the blare of trumpets and pounding of drums the doors to the Arcadian chapel where the wedding is being held are flung open, a thin man dressed in Visigothian armor comes marching in at 5 feet in he martine marches then halts. Clanking his sword to shield as a sign of respect the knight speaks. "Here ye here ye. Announcing the greatest warrior in our clan and our current Chao Champion!" He calls out pausing for a moment. "Sir Charles Visigoth!"
The Chao Champion enters the room as the last words leave the Knights lips. The Visigothian Warrior enters in the dress of both his clan's warrior style but the entire thing is highlighted by the markings and colors of royalty. He also has a special gold emblem that sits over his heart on a royal purple and fur lined sash that goes from his right shoulder to his left hip. The emblem has two silver swords that cross behind a ruby "C" this is the emblem that his clan has worn since they lived at the Red Sea.
Under the sash is a lavender 3,000 thread woven with pearl buttons silk shirt that hugs his Muscular upper frame. Over the shirt is a royal blue outer and shadow black inner dress coat that has gold buttons and a white carnation in the button hole.
Chao's hair is pulled back in a tight braid, intertwined with a red ribbon that his Queen to be braided this morning. His face is freshly shaved and instead of a thin beard he now simply has a Goatee. His striking blue eyes sparkle as he walks in towards his place to await Sky.
Gone are the gloves off Chao's hands but each one still has a rune tattooed, one meaning good on his right and evil on his left. Upon his right ring finger he wears a gold ring with a emerald and diamond outlined "V" as this shows his status as a royal within the clan.
His lower body is covered by a softened leather that has been tanned and then dyed a deep purple, they cling to Chao's legs and a brown leather belt with gold buckle adorns his slim waist. Sitting upon his right hip is a silver sheath that has goldleaf stamped into it in the pattern of a pack of hunting wolves with a ruby caped top. The blade within has dual razor thin blades making it incredibly sharp, but he doesn't wear this because he thinks there will be trouble and he knows there won't. No he wears it as the traditional apparel of the Chao Champion.
While the blades truly a implement of death it's steel has never tasted blood and it never will. This blade was a gift from the King they left, and is never used. Except for memory.
Upon his feet are dyed black leather, wooden soled and deer fur lined mid calf boots that are also adorned with golden buckles. As Chao walks up the aisle the soldiers standing at the side's of the aisle raise up their swords, so that Chao walks under a steeple of swords. When Chao gets to the front he walks to the King who smiles at him. They grasp forearms, and embrace patting each other on the back. Chao then walks to stand on the right side of the Arcadian High Priest standing in the front of the chapel, and turns around looking at the chapel.
He sees the wooden pews all 20 of them with ten on each side of the chapel, each one carved from a single piece of oak, and then sanded plus polished to a glowing shine. He sees his person squad of knights, people he'd give his life to standing in a staggering line at his right and Sky's closest girlfriends parallel to each one on the left. They number eight a piece and all are wearing matching outfits.
The knights all wear dark blue jackets with canary yellow shirts, and yellow tulips in their shirts. Same colored pants, black boots and belts with silver buckles complete the look. Each one holds a Visigothian shield, and short sword each one smiles at Chao then join him at looking at the doors.
The bridesmaids are dressed in violet, with baby blue lace trim, off the shoulder and ankle length dresses. They have a white ribbon with a bow tied at the back and a slit to mid thigh on the right side. With the way the girls stand they show a lot of leg and the scooped top along with necklaces of pearls just draw attention to their bosoms and the men all around plus some women can't help but look.
All around the chapel, lining the pews, behind the King and Priest are bouquets of flowers. They fill the room with the sweet uplifting combination of a fragrance of lavender, rose, tulip, carnation and lilac. A ten person band plays soft sounds and tune up in preparation while the guest silently talk amongst themselves. Sky's family and friends as well as important members of her clan sit in the pews at the left while Chao's sit upon the right pews.
There's a distant sound of a trumpet from the outside the announcement that Sky's carriage is coming from the castle, Chao and the rest of the people in the chapel all now turn towards the now closed chapel doors to await the astounding Healer Skyfire Dantez to make her entrance. The chapel doors open with little fanfare. She is clad in a ankle length silk dress in light pink, with a cobalt blue undertone. The neckline is square showing a modest amount of cleavage. On both sides of her dress is a slit from mid thigh to the floor. A simple pink rose is tucked behind her right ear, while her raven locks tumble freely.
Everyone in the chapel turns as Sky makes her entrance but no eyes drink in her beauty but her future husband. Chao stands there with his hands clasped behind his back at the front of the altar in sheer silence. “Such is the beauty of an untouched maiden.” Thinks Chao exhaling in softly as he watches his bride to be walk in through the chapel doors, suddenly the same Visigothian guard that announced Chao calls out again.
"Here ye! Here ye!" Begins the guard in the same loud overtone he used to announce Chao. "Presenting the great Healer and the only one that can keep Charles on his toes." The guard pauses as smidgen of laughter fill the chapel when it grows quiet once more he finishes. "Announcing for the last time today upon her maiden name we have the beautiful, the cunning and the mysterious wandering lady from the distant lands. Miss Skyfire Dantez!" The instant the last word leaves the soldier's mouth the 20 string filled band begins playing the traditional Visigothian wedding march, and Sky makes her way to stand by Chao at the altar where she stands directly in front of him awaiting upon the King and Priest. First the King stands from his throne, he then walks to stand in front of the couple in the aisle in front of them clears his throat and speaks.
"Ladies and gentlemen of the Visigothian clan as well as extinguished guests of Sky's family let me be the first to welcome you to this joyous occasion. Today we bring the warriors of the Visigothian clan together with one of the most gifted healing clans I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Today we carve out our future not just with the battles of today or even in the distant future no ladies and gentlemen we are securing our future for generations to come. Rejoice as I the King of this land introduce you to both Charles and Sky our kingdoms salvation."
As the King finishes the speech the chapel erupts in loud cheers. The King then walks up to Sky embraces her, and kisses her cheek. He then simply smiles at Chao before grasping his forearm tightly then moving back to his throne. He signals the priest with a simple nod of his head, and now that the couple of the hour stands in their proper places the wedding may now begin. The elder Arcadian High Priest ambles into position, his crimson with purple trim robes hang from his wide shoulders down to his booted feet. The priest carries a wooden staff in his right hand and a red leather bound book in his left. The elder man's milky brown eyes take in both Sky and Chao while setting his book upon the altar, it falls open to a bookmarked page that's been opened to countless times before. Then in a voice that is surprisingly strong for such an old man the priest begins the ceremony.
"Noblemen along with Madames, your lordship plus his established wife along with everyone else from near and far may I have your ears please. For you see we are here to join both Charles and Sky in the eternal bond of Holy matrimony. They have both agreed to honor, serve, love, protect and cherish each other for the rest of the days. They have agreed to a life bond that no one shall break. Now before we continue further Sir. Charles do you have the rings." After the priest looks to Chao, he sees him pull two thick gold bands from his pocket and he shows them to the priest while nodding the elder then continues. "Wonderful just as the gold for these rings were forged in the pits of fire so will your relationship. You will naturally have trials as all do but it's known that you guys will not settle matters through fighting but by other means of compromise. This is why you two will share a life of love, joy and fulfillment to each other from this moment till the end of time. With that being said it is now time to place the ring and say your vows. Charles why don't you go first?"
Chao taking the cue from the elder reaches into his left breast pocket with his left hand pulling out a neatly folded piece of paper, Chao then unfolds the Parchment paper with his right while pulling his rose tinted shades off his face before replacing them with reading spectacles and then clearing his throat Chao begins.
"From day one I knew you were different Skyfire and I wasn't just talking appearances either, sure it's beyond being spoken that we haven't always seen eye to eye and were even at each other's throats for a time. Then I saw the magical powers that flow from you and I was dumbstruck. Naturally everyone's probably thinking... 'Oh that oaf of a warrior is just using her for her healing abilities.' I'm not going to lie that was exactly what I was thinking until I got to know you that is. I also figured out why you are so well in touch with Mother Earth, it's because of your huge heart and amount of compassion for all other living souls. That was when I truly started falling in love with you." Chao pauses for a second to take Sky's ring and place it upon her left ring finger. He then waits while Sky places the ring upon his finger before continuing. "Sky I remember when we had to go on that midwife mission last winter deep into the snow packed peaks, even though I pushed you through that storm and road you pretty hard on that campaign you never once complained and by doing that you earned my respect. Then you earned my love when I saw the loving touch that you used both on myself and fellow warriors that showed me your gentle soul making me fall in love with you. Sky I want to tell you this in front of everyone the fire that is our love will burn brightly and forevermore grow while never dwindling or dying. These are the words I speak to you Sky on this day as your best friend, lover and the person I'm starting the rest of my life with today. These are my vows to you my love and my future wife."
Chao stops speaking and not a word can be heard in the chapel, the only sounds heard at all are the gentle weeping into kerchief by several woman, the birdsong plus chattering of the birds, and animals moving around outside. Within the chapel a pin can be heard if it dropped as everyone eagerly awaits the vows of Sky just hearing the thoughts and wishes of the Visigothian Clansman. Her emerald hues cloud over with unshed tears of joy, and overwhelming love. She softly clears her clogged throat. When she is able to finally speak, her voice trembles slightly. "My dreams are not just dreams, but with a future in sight. Days are not just days, that turn into night. Wishes are things that came true. Excitement is a feeling I now know. Finding warmth in your smile, is a joy I know exists. Looking forward to tomorrow with you by my side is my greatest wish. Ever since I first met you, you have tested my limits. Frustrated me, drove me to the brink then beyond. You've pushed me to be the person I am now.  I never thought I would know what true love was until I met you. I thought at first here's this mindless oaf using me, I wasn't blind to know that you were. Yes I was angry at first, that's why I insulted you. Yes that was wrong of me, but our verbal matches turned into something I looked forward to. I watched how you protected the men under your command. That's when I started to soften showing you compassion, and kindness. Away from the missions, amid the many times I treated you, and your men. Simply put I say this: I love you my warrior. Beyond my last breath I will be wait for you in a thousand lives, for more than a thousand years." The congregation is all smiles, and tears flow freely as the couple announces their undying love for one another. The Arcadian High Priest clears his throat to get everyone's attention to the matter at hand when it's quiet he begins once more.
"That was a wonderful show of love from you two with your vows and I know you're both sincere. So to that I shall say the following." The priest joins Chao's and Sky's hands then begins to speak. "Here on this summer day, in front of both families elders and witnessed by the Heavenly Father I now ask is there anyone who thinks these two should not be wed? Speak now or forever hold your peace." Not a soul in the chapel breathes a word as the priest raises both hands skyward proclaiming. "Then without further ado in the presence of our Heavenly Father I now give you the marriage of Sir Charles and Lady Sky. You may kiss the bride." Chao kisses Sky's pink lips softly and wipes away one of her tears of happiness then they both turn to face the church and once again proclaims. "Dantez's Visigoth's it is my honor to present to you for the first time Mr & Mrs Charles Visigoth!" This time the chapel erupts in loud applause along with cheers and the the King stands signaling he wishes to speak as the chapel quiets down.
The King walks to the new couple and smiles at the both before he begins speaking. "Seems we are at the path that we've crossed before and you've been asked this exact same question before. I'm hoping the answer you have today will differ from your last answer since you're now wed." This last statement causes Charles eyebrow to raise in question. "Yes Charles it the same question the last King asked you. As you know I'm not getting any younger and I'd like to relax in my Golden Years and you've always been like a son to me. So Charles my current Chao Champion will you become the next King of the Visigoths?"
The entire chapel gasps in surprise to the King's request and then holds their breath in anticipation of Chao's response. The Chao Champion looks first at the King to make sure he's not kidding, seeing only a Cheshire Cat smile he then turns to his new bride. Her emerald hues meet his blue optics, she then gives a slight nod of her head. Chao knows their decision without a word being spoken. This is because even so young into the relationship the couple's non verbal communication skills are amazing and then Chao turns to face the King to give his answer.
"Sire. It would be my honor to serve as the Visigoths next King." Chao then turns and faces the congregation of the two clans and then continues. "As long as the people will allow it." As Chao finishes this statement everyone that is already standing kneels upon one knee while the guards cross their right arm across their chest while bowing at the waist and then everyone in the chapel plus those who are watching through the windows begin chanting in one loud voice. They chant the same phrase three times, then everyone inside breaks out in loud cheering and thunderous applause.
"ALL HAIL KING CHARLES AND QUEEN SKY! ALL HAIL KING CHARLES AND QUEEN SKY! ALL HAIL KING CHARLES AND QUEEN SKY!"
The newly wed couple smile while waving to their loved ones, family members, close advisors and friends while the King holds up his hands for silence once more. "Well now." Begins the King as he chuckles softly with a wide grin. "It seems the bride, groom and people have spoken all it needs now is a priest blessing then we can start planning an inauguration."
Suddenly the Arcadian Priest feels every set of eyes in the room upon him as they eagerly await his response. He simply nods his head once if saying. “If the King's ok with this then the church is too.” The King breaks out into an even wider smile then exclaims. "That's wonderful so after your honeymoon and you've both had time to settle into matrimony life. Which means you're both taking time off and no arguments you know perfectly well I have people who can perform your duties. Then after the honeymoon you will enter your last school of training. The school of proper etiquette and how to fully carry yourself as a Royal."  Chao along with Sky look at each other, then back to the King with looks of puzzlement and then the King explains himself. "We know you both have manners but when you're royalty you're held to an even higher set of standards. My wife, servants and myself are going to retrain you in all aspects of living. We're going to retrain you on how you stand, walk, eat and carry yourself in a conversation." Looking at Chao the King then smiles. "Chao since you're such a brute no offense at all it was just your upbringing, well we're going to show you how to properly dress, hold your own in any battle of wits and what to do with your hands when not holding a weapon." As the King says this he sees Chao attempt to stop his twitching right hand, and then he looks to Sky and speaks. "Now with you Mrs. Visigoth and I hope you like hearing that because I like saying it. I know you've had a more prim and proper upbringing so we'll just redefine what's already there and I don't think it should be too hard. Unlike the miracle that we'll have to perform on your neanderthal husband." The King jokes and Chao playfully shakes his fist at him and the King does some quick calculations. "Let's see there's time for the honeymoon and to find a place to live let's say 6 months. Then there's the training which in total should take four and a half years.'” The King draws up his answer then turns to everyone in the chapel. "Ok people here's the deal. It's going to take five years to complete the preparation process, what I want you to do is tell everyone you meet that in five years time on their five year anniversary they shall be crowned King & Queen of the Visigoth Kingdom and then tell them how to reach us." The King then turns to Sky's side of the family. "I'll expect y'all to be telling the most people since you're a wandering tribe and I'm going to make it easier for you to spread the word. I want the head of each family to go to the Blacksmith before you depart, waiting there will be a brand that shows the key locations to this kingdom and that way if anyone Needs a map to the kingdom you can brand one on a piece of fur or bark for them. Got it?" He sees the entire clan nod and then turns to Chao's half of the wedding party. "Now since most of you are warriors or Summoners over here it should be rather easy for y'all. I want you people to enter and win as many contest across the clans as you can. Then when you win or if anyone asks about your skills you can tell them of the kingdom and of the upcoming inauguration. I'll also sweeten the pot as I know each of you has your Needs a map to the kingdom you can brand one on a piece of fur or bark for them. I'll also sweeten the pot as I know each of you has your own marking, well put these on small pieces of parchment then pass them out to whoever you tell about the ceremony and whoever has the most ballots or slips of paper with you marking upon it wins the following prize." The King thinks for a moment, smiles as he comes to the right answer then announces it. "Of my warrior and summoning clan whoever has the most marks by their five year anniversary will receive the right to train for one year in either combat or summoning with our one and only Chao Champion. Yep that's right people you can train for a year with Sir Charles." The Visigothian side of the chapel explodes in thunderous cheers and war chants as the King smiles. "Ok you two that's enough from me and you'll have plenty of time to worry about the other stuff later on. For now just enjoy being married and we'll see you at the castle for the feast."
Sky walks up to the current royal family hugging them both warmly, the King smiles and kisses Sky's cheek again welcoming her into the family and the Queen softly wipes away a solitary tear. Chao then walks up to the King holding out his hand to shake but ends up getting pulled into an embrace with the King whispering. "Thank you." in his ear it has been a long tiring reign. The Queen steps up hugging Chao tightly and kissing him upon the cheek saying softly, "Welcome home son." and Chao sees himself catching a case of the feelings. Quickly wiping away a single tear Chao grabs Sky's hand with his and the couple runs down the aisle to the waiting carriage plus Honeymoon suite back at the castle. It's time to change clothes, let loose, stuff their faces and pretty much have the time of their lives.

Birth Of A Prince:

Ten months have gone by since the fairytale wedding, winter has gripped the land. The month of romance is still a little chilly. The average temperature of around 7°C/44°F during the day, with a very pleasant high of 12°C/53°F, and an evening low of around 2°C/35°F.
The sun is rising upon the birth of a new day. Streaks of lavender, pink, and gold stretch along the horizon. A few passing fluffy clouds scuttle along the sky. The sounds of a bustling village rings in one's ears as people greet the new day. The crackle of bonfires can be heard, the tantalizing smells of food being baked waft through the chilly air. Meanwhile at the castle servants are bustling about preparing for the morning meal, and duties. Charles and Sky moved in after their honeymoon, to begin their training.
In the outer courtyard men are hard at work training. Charles instead of leading the training is in the midst of all the soldier's. Earning him more respect, and loyalty in their eyes. A older, but still nimble woman in white hurries into the outer courtyard. She is dressed in all white, with a white scarf covering her head. She yells for she cannot barge into the fray, "Charles! Charles! It's time! She's going to tear your head from your body if you don't get up there!" Charles turns from the duo he's instructing in sword technique and glances to the woman frantically calling out his name.
"Yes you called?" He the puts up his right hand palm forward making a downward calming pushing motion. "Settle down you're so excited that I can't understand you. Now take a breath and try again."
The servant bustles, shutters before turning beet red and screams at Charles. "SIR UNLESS YOU WANT TO MISS THE BIRTH OF YOUR BABY I SUGGEST GETTING A MOVE ON." Not even waiting for his response the white apron maiden spins around and hustles back to the birthing chambers at the castle
"My...my..baby?" Chao stands in shock for several moments letting the whole thing sink in. "MY BABY!" Chao drops the sword he's holding then dashes into the castle, down the westward hall and through the double wooden doors of the birthing chamber where he sees his wife with an irate look.
"So nice of you to join us." She says through clenched teeth obviously in pain. "Now you big thunderhead get your butt over here before I put a hex on you!" Sky grimaces as another contraction racks her body.
Chao hustles to his wife's right side and places his right hand on her belly as from the palm to the fingertips begin glowing white as he transfers the pain from her birth into a orb that floats above his left hand. Even though the midwife's overlooking Sky are Healers from her homeland even they don't have this power, and it's helped that Sky's training enhanced his abilities. Chao gathers the rest of the pain and then seals the orb in a glass container keeping it for later use. He then sends soothing energy over his wife's body and in what normally takes hours if not sometimes days his first born makes their presence known in 30 minutes.
With a loud squalling cry that signals both life, healthy lungs and great vocal cords Chao & Sky's son is born. A midwife hands a knife to Chao and he cuts the umbilical cord then she takes the baby to get cleaned up as Chao joins his wife once more. He walks to her side before using the back of his right hand to wipe the sweat off her brow and then he leans in and kisses her softly. He then leans back with pride and love in his blue oculi he gazes into his wife's emerald hues before speaking.
"Congratulations my love we've got a beautiful baby boy. Also if you don't have any idea for names I've got a suggestion. How about Dimitri? It was the name of the original Visigoth King and in my language it means 'Everlasting' what do you think?"
Sky smiles as a single tear trickles down from her left eye, it cascades down the cheek but Chao wipes it away before it drops. "Charles my love I think that's a wonderful idea. Also I think our bloodlines are going to give Dimitri special Properties or was I the only one that noticed that full head of purple hair, his yellow hues and the odd tint to his skin."
"Observant as always my dear and yes I noticed it to. Looks like as soon as young Dimitri is old enough he's going into training as we both know he looks are going to bring unwanted attention, and I want to know he can defend himself."
"Of course Charles and I'll guide him in magic because even being a newborn I can tell he's got a powerful aura. I know you felt it and speaking of aura here comes our baby boy now."
As Sky says this a midwife carrying a bundle swathed in white blankets to the waiting couple, when placed in Sky's arm she folds back the blanket to see little Dimitri. He's got the large eyes of his mother but where hers are emerald his are a light yellow that are almost golden. Dimitri blinks and coos in his mother's arms and it's seen he shares the facial structure of his father where even as a babe he has a strong chin. He stretches out his tiny arm and Chao sticks in his pointer finger to the small hand, it touches momentarily before grasping on and this causes Chao to smile as he sees his son has a strong grip.

Crowning Of A Royal Family:

Four and a half years have passed since Dimitri was brought into the world. Today is a huge day of celebration within the kingdom. Charles and Sky are celebrating their four year anniversary, as well as being crowned King and Queen. Servants dash between the throne room, and various other areas of the castle. Gold, violet, crimson, and white banners wave gently in the breeze.
Charles and Sky have been undergoing their training to step into these roles. Although even while training Sky has refused to have Dimitri left with a nanny. She made it abundantly clear on his naming day, to all those involved. Even though the youngling soon to be prince has grown up in the castle, Sky has shown him the other side of the coin. Currently the already troublemaker is up to his usual habits.
Sky is in a side room near the throne room being assisted into her gown, and robes for the ceremony. Dimitri is on the floor at her feet pulling upon the soft white rabbit fur lining the crimson robe. Her emerald hues glance down, while she softly tsks. Dimitri knows this tone, and immediately drops the fur from his chubby grasp. His angelic face lights up into a beautiful grin. Sky chuckles softly, while using her telepathic link to Charles. "Our little troublemaker is trying to get out of trouble using your grin."
As she waits for a reply her hands rest on top of her distended stomach. For even with her frail frame, her stomach is enormous. Two pretty powerful kicks lightly smack her hands from within. She knows that these two babes are going to be even more of a handful than Dimitri.
"That's my little prince love." Chao thinks back to his wife as he awaits to slip into the clothes the servants will shortly bring him. Prince Charles is smelling of lilac and sweet pea the tall powerfully built warrior who's  only clad in black sock, white boxer briefs plus a black short sleeved shirt.  He awaits the first servant who hands him a pair of silk pants that he slips on then clasp the pearl button, next over his undershirt Charles slips on a extremely dark violet with silver buttons silk shirt on buttoning it up, he then clasp two 14k and sapphire cufflinks onto the wrist before tying a crimson tie on adding a blood diamond tipped 24k tie pin, after adjusting his tie one last time Charles then slips on a black silk front velvet back vest buttoning it up and finally the last piece of clothing to be adorned is a black on the bottom royal blue on the top, form fitting and custom made dinner jacket. He has crimson scarf that protrudes from the jacket's breast pocket he slips into mid calf high, pants tucked in, decorates with a silver buckle, tips and heel softened leather Spaniard Style boots of the Royalty. His clothing complete he now goes for his accessories.
First Charles picks up his wedding band slipping it onto his finger, instantly he feels his bond to her grow immensely as the ring slides onto his finger and then he picks up the Visigoth clan ring sliding it onto his finger upon his right hand. Then he picks up the belt with the Chao Champion sword upon it, clamping it into place he reaches for the last piece of his formal uniform and in his mind one of the most important. He picks up the fur lined royal purple sash with the Chao medallion in the center, pulling it down over his left shoulder he pulls it down to his right hip snuggling it in place. Now that he has the three most important things in his life upon him being his wedding band to show his love for his family, his clan ring showing the respect earned from his clan and the sash recognizing him as the best warrior across the land. He looks into a piece of polished quartz at his reflection satisfied he leaves the room and heads downstairs to the throne room. Thinking to his wife. "Let them know I'm on my way. I'll be down there within ten minutes leaving the preparing room as we speak."
"Alright my love, although I have a feeling the ceremony needs to be rushed." She quietly directs back to him. She looks over to the handmaid who's quietly awaiting orders. "Kindly inform the Arcadian priest Charles is on his way please." The maiden bows before leaving the chambers. Sky reaches her left hand down towards Dimitri. Her wedding band, and engagement ring are fully seen. The band is 24k gold with Chao stamped on the inside in a Visigothian Rune. On the outside twin interlacing vines of gold eternally wrap showing the test of time. The engagement ring is also 24k Gold centered in the middle of the ring in a princess cut is a 6k blood diamond that sends red prisms throughout the room every time the light hits. Numbering five each on both sides and weighing a 1/4 karat a piece are alternating white diamonds and rubies. The total gem count on the ring is 11 and the total karat weight is 8 1/2 carats.
The young prince stands up, and hold on to Sky's hand. Her right hand lifts the hem of her  dress. For this occasion she's wearing a square neckline A lined cream colored dress. Bands of golden embroidery cuff her upper biceps, the material widens out until it comes to her wrists. A violet ribbon is tied underneath her extremely ample cleavage, the ends trailing over her distended stomach. Cream colored silken flats adorn her petite feet. The pair begin to make their way to the throne room.
Awe inspiring even by today's standards the pair enter into the throne room. This room is the heart, and soul of the castle. So therefore it reflects as such. This circular chamber can hold upwards of more than 300 people. This chamber is made of stone, and marble. Ivory, and black swirls of marble have been polished until the floor reflects everything above. Massive wrought iron chandlers hang from massive logs making up the rafters. Embroidery banners line the stone walls, depicting the history of the kingdom.
Dominating the center of the room, are the thrones themselves. They are set upon a large dias from the main floor, with four steps leading up to them. There are six thrones in all lining this Dias.
The King's throne is in the center of the other's. A wooden structure overlaid with gold, silver, and precious stones. Diamonds the size of a man's fist are inlayed at the top on the sides. Crimson cushions line the back, and seats. Filled with the softest of feathers, along with rabbit fur. The Queen's throne is adorned in the same manner albeit a bit smaller than the King's. The other thrones are still magnificent, just not overlaid with jewel's. Charles sees the visitors from the neighboring clans sitting in the throne room as himself along with Sky enter the throne room arm and arm with Dimitri holding Sky's left hand. As they walk to the front they pass the farming clan of the Orogoth's, the other warrior clans the Norwalk's, Everymores's and Desolate's. Then there's the healing clan of the Dantez's and his own clan of the Visigoths sitting in the front. The current King and Queen sit on the Visigoths side at the very left of the first pew ready to move on their cue.
The Queens dressed in a simple corset style velvet royal purple with white and black lack low plunging dress. She wears the Visigoths family jewels which tonight with the exception of wedding band she'll happily give to Sky as she's not only proud she's becoming Queen but she's become like a daughter to her just as Charles is like a son. She wears a string of dangling blue diamonds that do well to accent her ample low cut top, rubies and white diamonds adore a tennis bracelet upon her right wrist.
The King sits next to his wife of over 40 years in a similar outfit to Charles with the exception of the Chao Champion adornments. He's full of smiles as he's awaited this moment for the past five years, it's not that he dislikes being a King it's just that he's been one for the last 35 years and is ready to enjoy his old age. Also he knows the kingdoms being left with the right people as he himself would trust either one with his life, the next royal family ends their journey at the altar in front of the King and Queen's throne then await the arrival of the priest.
Once again both doors swing open and two men dressed in crimson robes with the hoods pulled over their head enter, then the Arcadian High Priest enters dressed in ceremonial robes of white trimmed, cobalt blue dyed animal skin and it has gold thread Visigothian Runes stitched next to the white border two more robed figures with flaming torches follow the priest. They all reach The thrones and spread out in a line before them with the priest in the middle, the room gradually fills with the fragrant smell of pine wood as the torches burn and soon it's throughout the grand room. Then when the priest deems there's enough he raises both hands into the air, lightning strikes the four torches and with a flash them and the robed figures vanish leaving only the priest plus the soon to be royal couple.
Turning so that he faces the couple standing in front of the jewel encrusted thrones he speaks in a deep voice that with his white wire hair shows not only advanced age but wisdom as well begins first with a blessing.
"Oh Heavenly Father please watch over this couple as they prepare to enter into the role of leading our kingdom, please bless this overseeing of leadership as you have blessed them not only with the last five years of marriage but a healthy if not adventurous to say the least son with two more on the way. Please bless this soon to be royal family and everyone they come in contact with as they lead the Visigoths into their next chapter of life. In your name we ask this oh Heavenly Father....Amen."
Finishing with the blessing the priest then goes to stand between Chao and Sky he then beckons King Arnold and Queen Beth and the couple go to stand by the Chao Champion along with his Healer wife respectively match with each sex standing by their younger mirror. When everyone's in place the priest raises his left hand and the sounds of light harps along with lutes fill the throne room with whimsical tones. Then the priest first turns to Charles and tells him to raise his right hand and repeat the following.
"I Sir Charles of the Visigoths do solemnly swear to uphold the values of this kingdom, I promise to always stay true to my word, always treat everyone with fairness and respect. I swear this today in front of not only my clan, but our allies from near along with far, the former King & Queen, my soul partner Sky and the Heavenly Father That I'll fulfill my duties as King now until I breath my last."
The priest then has Sky repeat the oath then both Chao and Sky hold out their right wrist, a helper brings the priest a glowing hot piece of metal that they place in his right hand, he takes the glowing metal on the end of a long iron rod which turns out to be a brand he pushes the brand upon the soft flesh of first Chao's wrist hearing the sizzle of burning flesh and then when done repeats the process with Sky's wrist. All the while this is happening the duo remain silent not expressing any pain apparently as this was part of the tradition. They see a glowing red raised royal crest on their wrist before the current King and Queen apply salve then wrap their wrist in bandages and the both whisper into the couple's ears how proud they are. Then the King takes the next step of the ceremony.
He walks and stands in front of Charles clasping him on the shoulders and smiling asking the young man if he's ready then getting a nod in response the King turns facing the crowd and proclaims in a loud thunderous voice as the King & Queen remove their crowns getting ready to place them upon the heads of the newly crowned couple.
"With the power invested in me as King of these great lands and under the blessing of the Heavenly Father I now proclaim Charles Visigoth King of the Visigoths and Skyfire his wife as Queen. So this has been decreed in front of both witness and holy man let my word be bond and let the transfer of power be complete when the royal crowns are placed up King Charles and Queen Sky's head. Let it also be proclaimed that their son Dimitri is now next in line for the the throne and we're getting ready to welcome a duo of babes in here shortly. Be if they're princes, princesses or one of each these they and any other kids will fall under Visigothian Royal Family. Now my wife without further ado let's crown the new King and Queen."
In one fluid motion the King places his crown while the Queen places her crown. They then grab the newly crowned Kings and Queen's hand as every member within the throne room that was standing is now kneeling on their right knee with their left arm across their chest it's the universal sign of respect throughout the land and then the chants begin faint at first but then they grow louder in volume until they're thunderous. The chants a simple sentence but it's a call for the future.
"LONG LIVE KING CHAO, QUEEN SKY AND PRINCE DIMITRI!"
Over and over this mantra repeats along with loud cheers and applause as the brand new era of the Warrior King and Healer Queen is ushered forth. Next up the birth of two more children to Charles and Sky's family and the ongoing antics of Prince Dimitri. Long live the King & Queen, long live them indeed.

Truth, Love, and Magic:

Several years have gone by since the coronation between Charles and Sky. The twins were born that late afternoon. The young prince Charles Visigoth Jr. is a spitting image of his father. While the young princess Charlotte Visigoth's visage is a mix of both. This midsummer night holds magic, nostalgia, and love in the air.
Deep within the castle the twins are in Charles and Sky's bedroom. Both angelic cherubs are covered to the chin within the massive bed, watching their parents get dressed for an evening out. For tonight besides the birthday of those two is also the royal couple's anniversary. Young Charles mostly referenced as Jr, being bolder than Charlotte asks a question. "Dadda how did you know you loved Momma?" Charlotte eagerly nods her tiny head in agreement to her brother's question. Sky's emerald oculi look towards her husband, while politely holding back laughter. "Yes Charles do tell our little ruffins when you realized you loved your rare raven."
"Ok Jr and Charlotte I think your dad has at least enough time to start the story. But you both have to be in your bedroom and on your beds before I get started. Go with your mom and let me finish getting ready and I'll be in there faster than two shakes of a lambs tail."
Chao smiles at his kids as the plop down off the bed in unison, and dash towards their bedroom. Chao shakes his head chuckling turning back to the mirror to finish tying his onyx black tie and Sky outright laughs.
"Well you better hurry up and get in there because you know those two won't settle down until you do." Sky then let's out a rueful smile finishing her statement. Chao nods and his wife exits to the hall turn left heading to the twins room.
Chao selects a charcoal grey silk vest from his wardrobe and slips it on first his right shoulder and then his left. Lastly before picking up accessories he slips on a ink black with crimson underneath dinner jacket slipping it on, he then picks up his thin slightly less heavy crown upon his head, places his rounded rose tinted sunglasses on the bridge of his nose and around his ears he then grabs his tiger headed walking stick and exits into the hallway. He boots click upon the cobblestone slate of the floor and the white swirled marble walls reflect the candlelight from the mounted torches on either side of the wall every 15 feet. When he reaches the last door on the left he heard the whimsical laughter of the twins and stops in the doorway looking in on his wife, Jr and his princess. He just stands there with a smile and watches.
The Queen of the great Visigothian Warrior Chao stands in the middle of her two children that are currently jumping on their beds giggling. "Now now you two. Please settle down you'll never be ready for your dad's story if you keep this up." "But mama we're cited to hear da story." Exclaims Jr as he collapses in a heap on top of his bed. "Yeah mama cited." Mimics Charlotte but she too drops down and settles in between the sheets, that's when Sky notices that both children are staring at something over her right shoulder and then gets a warm feeling as she feels a familiar gaze upon her back. Turning she sees her husband leaning against the door frame, his left arm crossed over his right and his gaze transfixed upon his twins. "So that's why you settled down." Chuckles Sky in a throaty murmur. "Well now that you're here darling don't you think you should start the story? I mean we don't want to be late to our own anniversary party after all."
Sky sits in a chair closest to her princess then begins to play with her long, wavy raven locks as Chao takes the seat near Jr who immediately crawls into dad's lap as soon as his bottom hits the seat. Chao ruffles his sons black, thick and straight hair then looks into his eyes that mimic the same as his. His son's face lights up in a smile and he reaches out with his right hand to honk his dad's nose, Chao laughs and playfully shakes his left wrist at his son and then when both kids have finished laughing he begins his story.
"This story begins 20 years ago almost to the date and it will tell of how I not only fell in love with your mother but how she saved my life." Chao begins and then everything fades to 20 years ago as Chao uses his matter manipulation powers so that the family can see the story unfold within their mind firsthand.

[FLASH BACK TO 689 AD CHAO & SKY'S FIFTH MISSION]

Sky leads her horse along the edge of her tribes camps to the main base of the Visigothian Warrior tents. The sky's blue and filled with white fluffy clouds, different people both peasants, Nobles, healers and warriors walk amongst the village of tents set up outside the Visigothian castle. On tent though is coming down this very moment and this is the exact location for Sky as well.
As the canvas of the massive tent is folded and folded again before being loaded in a horse drawn cart the occupant is making last minute preparations to his gear. He checks the saddlebags of both his black Stallion and the three supply horses that have been loaded properly and everything is tightened down. Next he picks up his sword and straps it to the saddle horn on his horse instead of his normal mounting position on his back, but if he only knew of the dangers proceeding him he would have kept it on his back and he wouldn't wear such a nasty scar in the future.
Oh well Chao doesn't tend to think of the future preferring to live day by day And that's one of the qualities of him that infuriates Sky so. Although after now spending the last five years together on missions at least Chao respects Sky and her ability instead of thinking she's just another pretty face looking to jump in his bed rolls. Also after spending so much time together thanks to that damn King who thinks he's cupid Chao will be the last to admit this but he's starting to feel strange emotions whenever he's around Sky. Like for instance while adjusting the last pack of gear he notices over the horse's back that sky and her multi colored mare were drawing near, he feels his heart quicken and an ache in the pit of his stomach. Could he be falling in love with this sassy and argumentative maiden. He shakes his head to clear the thought and tries to laugh it off but still fills the everlasting feeling.
Sky catches Charles looking at him while she's only ten feet from what used to be his encampment, a smile forms on her pink pouty lips and she waves her right hand in greeting. When she's close enough to greet him without shouting she proclaims in the accent of her people.
"Good morrow Sir Charles. I see you're checking the gear and your tents stored if there's no last minute preparations I assume we're ready to depart."
Sky comments to Chao wondering why he's turning a deeper shade of red all of the sudden. For some odd reason Sky would never call Chao by his nickname, she never has and it seems like she never will. It doesn't bug Chao but he does wish she'd drop the sir part after all they have known each other for five summers.
"Yes Lady Sky I'm just about done, also I was hoping we could get breakfast before we leave and I do wish you would stop calling me sir already I thought we were friends."
Without waiting for Sky's response Chao begins making his way towards the mess tent, after dropping of the reigns to the same set of servants taking care of Chao's camp Sky quickly dashes off to catch up to the Champion and when she does she pokes him in the ribs now to get his attention.
"We've discussed this before Sir Charles. I'll stop calling you Sir when you stop calling me Lady, but since your honor code won't allow that get use to my formal decree. Also good idea about breakfast I'm actually quite hungry myself."
The duo walked up to a large tanned hide tent that has both flaps open and smoking rising from a hole in the top with the smells of cooking meat drawing people in. As soon as Sky & Chao enter together different people shout morning greetings from around the room as the duo gets in line to await for food. As the Dantez's and Visigoths are mixed it's both Healers and Warriors yelling out. They greet both of the two equally as their reputations in their separate expertise are well known not just thought the camp plus kingdom but their known throughout the entire land both near and far.
The two of them receive plates piled high with a leg of lamb, slab of bacon and beefsteak for Chao. While Sky dines upon three pork chops and a significant pile of steamed green vegetables. Chao with Sky walk down to the end of the last row of tables where two Visigothian warriors make room for them, Sky smiles then blushes softly whispering her thanks but when Chao thanks them there's an underlying message that goes past Sky although the warriors get the perfect translation and vacate the mess hall quickly.
"Wow those two left in a hurry didn't they Sir Charles? They looked like the devil himself was on their heels. Wonder what spooked them?" Asks Sky completely oblivious to the look of death in Chao's blue hues and when she looks at him again to await his answer the looks gone.
"They were probably late for something Lady Sky. At least that's what I'm assuming. That or they were frightened of me for some reason, I get that sometimes being the Chao Champion and I don't know if it's fear or respect half the time to tell you the truth." Chao explains before ripping a chunk of meat of the pork spare rib he's holding in his left hand as he explains their departure. He hopes she'll buy it because he would die if he had to actually admit for a second there he was jealous.
"Yes Sir Charles I completely unders
