Do you write with intension 
To express who you are 
Or is the real you hidden 
Like a bright- distant star

Do you write to deal with a partial issue 
Or reveal your personality 
Do we at any time see the real you
Or are you giving us any view 

At times in conversation things are exposed
And unintentionally they are disclosed
Talking and writing have a curious twist 
Revealing information supposed to be missed 

Is it important to you either way 
Or is the writing alone your motivation Do you care more just to write 
Or keep what’s personal out of sight
