A relentless flow 
Like the unpredictable balance of living
Head above water to see where to go
Prepared for the effort you’ll be giving 

When the tide is with you the sea -calm
You move relaxed and content 
When Iife’s waves churn up to obscure 
your way
You rely on your will being confident 

Such are conditions as we travel each day facing the good and the bad
Directions will differ-choices will too
Based on experience had

The purpose of making this precarious trip 
Is to seek a happy - safe shore 
As all of us aim tor this precious sought 
goal
Finding happiness and peace forevermore
