Many artists of pen-music and brush 
Have expressed their belief most sincere 
That when you world is about to crush 
And you’ve reached the depths oh despair 

Reaching deep inside-
Things you can no longed hide
Are pulled out through your talent 
Some say that you are galant 

Gallantry was never a thought 
And you have clearly said
It’s my ultimate need for expression 
So no one finds me dead 

Those who write or paint or play 
As part of your DNA
They may not know your name 
Your goal is not for fame

Fine examples have appeared today
By community members reaching 
Their survival need exemplified 
To help us with their teaching 

Their examples- beyond comprehension Horrific and tragic without a doubt 
Drew my quick attention 
To what pain is all about 

From the depth of their souls
Both painful and clear  
A bitter indication 
Of what many have to bear

We know life’s not perfect
We all have our downs 
But when we see their existence 
We’re thankful for the happiness we’ve found
