Oh grandma how you made life bearable let me count you the ways.
On weekends when just a child was I you'd pick me up and regale me in tales of folklore and funny past happenings.
Drift me away to a land slumber by lulling me with lullabies of your heritage.
Oh dearest grandma how you made life bearable I shall count you the ways.
Sweets, treats, and toys you would get me and humor me in my lands of fantasy
When none would have faith in me there you were.
You knew best of all no one was perfect and yet you'd still grace us with a smile, a joke, and a tale to lift our spirits
Oh dearest grandma where our bodies may age and become frail definitely your spirit shall never fade. Dearest, oh dearest of grandmas you gave us your all and now may you rest in peace. May you finally find peace in your afterlife
