Life has a way of of sometimes 
Sending  us through  a mirror maze 
You think you’ve conquered an issue 
And one wrong turn-you’re in a daze

Other times you’re happy 
When things are going right 
Then life says “it’s not to be
You still will have to fight”

Take the good and go with it
Enjoy it while you can 
You should even grow with it
You walked before you ran

While feeling pretty proud 
You’ve fortified your mind
There will always be a cloud 
They’re not that hard to find

If you built your inner strength 
Through the issues good 
You’re ready to live life
As you think you should 

You can’t control your future 
The fates take care of that
But using your experience learned 
You can travel the quality path
