Life had sucked the air straight from my chest
Bullets of doubt peirce my bullet proof vest
So I run to the darkness as I always seem to do
And in the middle of chaos i chance upon you
Its hard most the time deciding who we can trust
We both have said we barely trust us
Meeting you i thought it was just an ordinary day
Just another peice in the game we all play
Do we ever really know the truth about any one
Continuously spinning we watch it all be spun
Some people ramble not making any sense
Others straight up absolutely no false pretense
At times its hard to tell between this one and that
No one gives an honest answer to any question asked
I waited a while searching for any warning signs
Waiting and searching for a flaw i might find
Inside somehow i felt differently of you
The parts you displayed resonates with truth
You were a pause to my thoughts a relief for my pain
I hope that somehow i provided the same
Although neither would allow our hearts be uncovered
The closest safe place I found was resting in each other
And we continue onward down this beaten road
Trying to sow seed and reap what we've sowed
Going forward overcoming anything in our way
Two souls now intertwined by fate met fates way
