There are those who saw the light in me when it was dark inside. 
Those who reminded me that I was not broken and that I can always heal. 
Those who surrounded me with their light and love when I was at my lowest. 

I thank you all. 
I thank you for giving me a reason to hold on and fight through the dark gloomy days. 
I thank you for trying to understand my pain even if you've never been through it. 
I thank you for sticking around until I found my light again. 

There are those who brought hope back to me when I was hanging on a thin thread. 
Those who reminded me of my past struggles and how I got through them. 
Those who reminded me of my strength and how I survived past heartaches and came out if it with more resilient. 
Those who have taken the time and made the effort to really get to know me better. 

I thank you all. 
I thank you for being my reflection when my own mirror failed me. 
I thank you for pushing me to change because you know that I am capable of fixing myself and that I am capable of digging myself out of my deepest hole. 
I thank you for reminding me that I've survived rock bottom before and that I am capable of surviving it again. 

There are those who didn't give up on me when I faltered. 
Those who knew when I was acting out of character and knew how to keep me grounded. Those who stuck with me through thick and thin and protected me from my misjudgments and wrongdoings. 
Those who checked in often to make sure I was alright and that I wasn't feeling alone. 

I thank you all. 
I thank you for being my home when I was feeling lost and out of place. 
I thank you for sheltering me when I have no place to run to. 
I thank you for making me feel safe and protected from the dangers I sometimes get myself into. 

There are those who saw the light in me when I failed to see it for myself. 
If you only knew how much you've saved me from me and how much you've made me look forward to another day knowing you'll be there with me. 

I thank you all. 
I thank you for being my light and for giving me your torch to light myself up again when I needed it. 
I thank you for illuminating my life in my darkest moments, and most of all.... 
I thank you from the bottom of my heart for loving me through it all because your love makes me stronger and it makes me feel that I will never be broken for too long because I know you will be right there to pick me up should I fall again.
