Yes,she was sad,
She wallowed in self pity,
Hopeless and purposeless, 
Blaming herself for all the things that go wrong,
In her life fate and fury always drove along,
Her happiness was beyond her control,
None to check the rising tumult of her soul,
Behind her laugh was a breaking heart ,
With every smile she broke further apart,
Her inner demons screaming louder each day,
She spent her days weeping away,
Noone understood her silence,
And her words had become quiet,
Slowly she slipped away into oblivion,
Only death brought peace in her world of chaos...

Her sadness was her cry for help which many never understood.She wasn't looking for attention or sympathy,She was just fed up of putting a brave front all her life.
We encounter so many sad people in life but dont think it is important to reach out to them assuming they are attention hungry.But in reality all they want is to feel wanted and loved.
They can fight their own battles but all they need from us is a little affection to light the extinguished will to be happy.

They are fighters .They are survivors.
They may have fallen for now but with little help they will rise again.....
Dont isolate them .
Try to u understand their silent scream.Maybe you cant help everyone but everyone can help someone.
Always remember we rise by lifting others....
