I personally consider it wrong to give money to beggars except those who are handicap. Children especially in India are used by various Mafias to beg money, in which children's share is minuscule. This money I suppose is used in various illegal and criminal acts taking place in the whole country. 
  Further the children used in such process are obviously not their own, they are rather kidnapped from various parts of the country. They don't usually get satisfied by money collected by children, hence child organ trade is another horrifying and immoral act takes place in a huge scale. 
 With these arguments, I considered giving money to even a child beggar is like giving money to Mafias and encouraging  them to continue child kidnapping and trafficking with more vigor. However, yesterday I was encountered with a really unique and unprecedented incident. I couldn't understand how to react and what were the takeaways from the incident? 
 I,  with my two friends  RISHAB and DEVINDER was standing in a crowded Bus Stand. While we were busy in our talks and laughs,  a beggar nearly 25-30 yrs old came to us and started begging. Begging is quite normal there. We used to face and ignore beggars daily and hence we did the same. He attempted for some time and then he returned. 
While he was returning back,  something happened. It suddenly attracted our attention pulling us out of our deep conversation. A child, he was a beggar too, was probably watching the whole scene. I don't know what came into his mind, he suddenly stopped that returning man and offered him a part from his collections. Man started refusing, while saying '' those who are blessed with money don't even look at us, and you a poor little child care for me, GOD BLESS YOU''. 
 The little child was  adamant and he forcefully put the money in his pocket. This whole scene was cynosure of every eye. Instantly within seconds my friend Devinder called the child and gave him money. But I was not able to decide,  what is right and what is not? 
 Should we ignore small children who are not even grown enough to understand the real meaning of life. We don't give them money because we are afraid it will bring in more children into begging profession. But if we don't give them anything, what about the lives and future of the children  wandering in the streets. Their Mafias could even kill them because they are of no use. 
 I see many campaigns and wall posters suggesting not to give any money to beggars. They read like '' Giving money to beggars is like encouraging Beggary. On the other side I see, especially ladies like my mother  being very sympathetic towards beggars. 
 After pondering on both sides of YES or No to giving money. I came to the conclusion that we should prefer giving money to atleast children, old and handicap. Ignoring beggars is not the solution, real solution lies somewhere else. We all, I mean every human being should unite to end up inequalities in the society hence eradicate such evil. However, it is a long term process. 
 Beggars are not voters of any political party, that's why they are ignored by govt. as well. Hence, we should unite to act as a pressure group to pressurize govt to take stringent actions to end up Beggary
