Copper is what her toungue tasted as she spit out blood. Her drawn dagger was to small to fight against the Traigo assassin's sword. Her magic ability was gone. Used up completely. She was helpless, even when he stabbed her with one swift movement. He didn't regret his actions, he simply went on. Her vision slowly disintegrated into darkness. The pain started slipping away, farther and farther until she was completely numb. The rose bushes beside her, tinged with her red blood, faded away. Every thing went dark. It was cold, then there was a flash of light. She wasn't going away without defeating her enemies. Everything stood still. A whoosh came and she knew what was happening. "I will trade my memories, the most precious thing I have for another life."She called out. A contract form and feather pen appeared in front of her transparent soul. She signed it. It was just disappearing when something hit it. Darkness was angry, not another soul was to be lost to reincarnation. Especially not an impure one. She was whisked away by the sudden light instantly growing and growing. She was being reborn, but not before the light and darkness put a spell on her. "For though ,whose been impure throughout mortal life,be in the hands of a cruel fate yet to be concieved."The darkness howled. "Though has a second chance,to be a person who doesn't make others bleed, and with a gift of magic to either conjure greed and distaste among or happiness and flavorful-ness amoung thee followers, your memories are the key to become a great leader."The light chanted. My head started throbbing as the memories were ripped away from me. A flowery design started crawling on me wrapping around what would be my right side. The mark of the great spell. I'm spell bound now. I stood in the hallway, in this old wrecked orphanage. The many Dixie mae roses in hand with thier wild colors. Lios,an orphan kid, stood in front of me with an evil smirk. "Watcha got there pretty girl?" He sneered at me while laughing his deep laugh. I tried ignoring the older blond haired boy with deep green eyes in front of me. I scooted along the wall, careful to avoid him. He slammed his arm in front of me. "Did you think you could get away that easily freak?!" He smacked the flowers out of my delicate hands. "Please s-stop." I stuttered out. I shivered, afraid of what he might do next. "Now now, freaks like you don't talk to PERFECT kids like me,and if you do that again you might be a cripple for the next few weeks." He shoved his face in mine. His breath was hot and wet. His freckles dotted his face inches from mine. I felt scared and awkward,he saw this in my eyes and backed off. "I don't want to be caught associated with you, don't get stupid ideas." He lumbered off. I looked down at my crushed boutique. Like me sometimes. I scooped up the flowers off the scratched old wooden floor and started walking down the gloomy hallway. I studied the long hallway. One cracked window surrounded by moldy tan wallpaper that was peeling and stained in some areas. I stopped and looked out the window. Kids older and younger than me played outside in the field by the woods. The field was surrounded by a wooden fence that was the same color as the two story house. Old moldy wood that was broken in some areas. I looked up at the drab gray skies, it looked like it was about to rain. Nope, this place was so gloomy that even Acona avoided it. There was barely any water and food to sustain everybody so they all left, except for the orphanage. Some maids found an underground river. But how did they know there was even a river? Rumors say they were gonna bury a body there and if you misbehave you'll be the next disappearance, I believe it because i've seen them kill people. Evryone has heard the screams. We are in a prison, when I say that I mean me. Ironically the owner used to be a warden, everyone fears him. "Nine maids, one warden, eleven kids, two teenagers, hundred and ten disappearances, and only one me. This sucks ." My voice echoed into nothingness. I stopped by a door, the beds.
