There are some nights
I lie awake next to you,
Just to watch you sleep peacefully.
I know it's not always easy to do.


And during the day
I can't help but stare
While you talk with so much passion
About all that matters and what makes you finally care.


I fell in love
The first time I saw you
It took me a while to realize it,
But I would have given the world to be with you.


You became my best friend
I finally understood "Ride or Die"
I knew you were my soulmate all along
And you'd see it too, it would just take time.


We are so truly blessed.
I remind myself everyday,
How lucky we are to have fallen in love
With our best friend and soulmate.


In your arms
I feel safer than ever before.
With you by my side I'm invincible.
I feel like nothing could hurt me anymore.


What I love about us,
The reason I think we thrive like we do,
What we take, we give back, we are equal.
You aren't above me, I'm not above you.


If Icould, I would
Take away all your pain and then some.
If it meant you'd never feel it again, 
If I was in charge, it would already have been done.


You know me
Better than anyone else in this world. 
I've shared with you every piece of me,
And I'm so grateful that you still want me to be your girl.


I know how much you love,
And I hope I show you the same.
I hope you know how much I love you 
And this beautiful life together we have made.


I never thought I'd be this lucky,
To have in my arms the man I'd kill for.
But every night I lie next to you
And think about all we've been through and what's to come as we love each day more and more.
