It cant break if its already broken, it can only shatter.
The emotions build up inside, and the demons begin to gather.
They chant as they hunt and feed on your fears,
Whisper bad things before they appear,
Leaving one lost until good interferes,
But know im always with you. 

You fall on your knees wondering if anyone notices,
Tryna reach out, but your giving into what the voices say, 
You get up and see that the light is dim,
Pointing fingers and blaming those around them,
Its not the beast but his lovely friend grim, 
But know they aren't always true. 

Tip-toeing my way through, while turning on the lights
Rocking myself to sleep, whispering its gonna be alright. 
Tonight. 
Upon most things i was born to be broken. 
A broken heart- the only reason why im token. 
Outspoken. Not everyone is blessed only few are chosen 
Tough skinned- getting up No bruising
Motivated i kept going and growing faster pace no more tip-toeing 
No more heartache or unknowing Always showing 

Falling down the same hole i was getting no where,
Growing up in life i was highly unprepared,
Fearing the unknown is what i really feared
For what its worth i learned from my mistakes,
I learned my worth and i got what it takes 
No more quiting because i know i can't lose 
Im always winning Always winning 
It cant break if its already broken, but it can slowly mend
