Darrel Issa, R-CA, a Trump supporter, has called for an independent investigation of potential Russian connections to the Trump campaign and administration. He further stated that Jeff Sessions, AG, must recuse himself due to his active participation in the campaign. This is exactly what is needed and I applaud Rep Issa for his patriotic sentiment. Now let's see if there are sufficent numbers of his party members in Congress  that will support him in doing what is right.
