Recently, in Karnataka, is a temple in this season, good for rain special puja was held. In addition to the temple, the priest of the rain god delight to worship time filled with water in the pot used to sit.

हर साल भारत के विभिन्न स्थानों पर, लोगों को शक्तिशाली बारिश देवताओं को खुश करने के लिए कई तरह के अनुष्ठान / पूजा.
हाल ही में, कर्नाटक में एक मंदिर है इस मौसम में, अच्छी बारिश के लिए विशेष पूजा का आयोजन किया गया । इसके अलावा करने के लिए मंदिर के पुजारी बारिश के देवता को प्रसन्न करने के लिए पूजा के समय पानी से भरे बर्तन में बैठने के लिए इस्तेमाल किया.

एक अन्य मंदिर में वे अपने हाथ में सेल फोन के साथ पानी से भरे बर्तन में बैठे थे ... शायद वे कहते बारिश देवताओं से कनेक्ट करने का प्रयास कर रहे थे । 
बहुत सारे इलाके ऐसे है, जहाँ बारिश नही आती तब वहाँ के लोग मंढुकरानी निकालते है। लोग एक या दो मेडकको एक लकडीपर नीम के पत्तोके साथ बांधते है। फिर उसकी मंदिर में पूजा की जाती है।पूजा होनेके  बाद लोग उनको गावभरमें घुमाते है, जुलूस निकालते है । लोग  हर चौक में पूजा करते है।जो लोग इसका आयोजन करते है उन्हे इस कामका मुआवजा दिया जाता है। धान्य आदी भेंट दिया जाता है। अंत में उन मेडकोंको किसी नदी, या नाले, या कुए में छोडा़ जाता है। 
यह सब साबित करता है कि हम एक समाज के रूप में कर रहे हैं, जहां 21 वीं सदी प्रौद्योगिकी के 15 वीं सदी की मानसिकता पर आधारित है !!
केवल ऐसी अंधश्रद्धा बारिश को लेकर ही नही बल्कि ऐसी अंधश्रद्धा भारतमें जगह जगह , हर समय देखनेको मिलती है। भारतके 99% लोगोका जीवन इससे व्याप्त है। इस दलदल से निकालने का प्रयास किसीने नही किया ऐसा बिल्कुल नही है। बहुत सारे महापुरुषों ने प्रयत्न किया ; परंतु लोग उनकी तरफ़ आकृष्ट नही हुए ऐसाभी नही है। लोग इस अंधश्रद्धा के बाहर निकलना चाहते है  ; पर यहाँ के लिडर, यहाँ के जानेमाने लोग,यहाके बडे़ धनी लोग यह नही चाहते की ऐसा हो। वही खुद इस बिमारी से पिडित है। हालांकि  वह अच्छी जिंदगी जी रहे है। सब प्रकारके सुख उनकी थाली में है।  वह डरते है, की कही    लोगोंने यह    ऐसी अंधश्रद्धाए छोड दी तो उनका क्या होगा? उनका हुक्कापानी कैसे चलेगा? उनके रोजगार का क्या होगा?  इसलिए वे आम जनताको  जहाँ के तहाँ  रखना चाहते है । उसके लिए वेह खुद अंधश्रद्धा को बढा़वा देते रहते है। ऐसे प्रोगमों का आयोजन करते है जिससे अंधश्रद्धा दृढ हो सके। वह ही इस अंधेरे के जिम्मेदार है। जब सबेरा होता है, उसी समयसे यहाँ की जिंदगी  किसी बंदीश में विचरते हुए दिखाई देती है।
