I gifted you the one thing mine to give; I placed my love in your hands. You fondled and fingered and bounced it around, made it a game and put me on a string.My heart was never meant to be caged or ravaged or to be treated like garbage. I loved you with the purest of intentions.But you had grazed something down deep in my soul, ripped a hole in my heart, snuffed the light of my being.I heard the whispers in the breeze, felt the chill down my spine, and I knew.... hell isn't a place; it is everything you have put me through.
