Real me I've lived a hard life, though I've loved with all that I am. I've danced to my own rhythm sang my own tunes. Through it all, I've learned hard lessons. Mended wounds that still remain as scars. Cried my own tears in dreary shadow. Hidden from a judging world. Few people know the real me, They never look past the mask I let them see. They won't see the tortured soul inside, that's tired of being tried. The weary little girl with broken heart, hidden deep inside... This person they'll never see... the Real me.
