It is said and thought from your childhood days that "don't do that and don't do this?"

You know you shouldn't tease someone and hurt them. You know that all the human beings are the same. We have the same organs, sense and all the parts of the body. Still some of us have some sort of deficiency in each one of us. 

Is it right to tease or hurt someone on his or her deficiency? 

You know they might lose their hope and might also end up their life if it goes beyond their control. 

Will you still do it? 

Even after knowing that it can end up with a life. If you still do it then how should you be punished?
