A bird hit my bedroom window. I went out on roof ledge and brought it in. It was panting and dazed. I pet it and prayed hard that it heal and live. I sent loving thoughts to the little baby white breasted nuthatch and it hopped out of my hand onto my shoulder!
I played with it for awhile and made sure it could fly. I took it outside and it flew to the tops of the tallest tree! A very happy ending and it made me smile.
